It is a five minute walk to the beautiful beach and boardwalk. The train station to NYC and JFK is one block away. A grocery store, restaurants, coffee shop, brewery, pharmacy, and other amenities are minutes away. Many guests comment that I keep the space "sparkling clean".

Comfortably sleeps 4 with Queen Bed in BDRM + Pull Out Couch with Queen Size bed in Livingroom. 43" TV + 32" TV, Fridge, Oven, Stovetop, Bathroom/Shower. Walking within 5 mins to everything - Shops/Food/Train to NYC. A free parking spot is available. For your added security, an outdoor security camera is monitoring the Driveway/Entrance to the backyard.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. There is a family with children living within the house, however everything is separated, self check in so there is no contact. No parties, no smoking, no more than 2 persons There are some parts of the apartment with low ceiling that may be uncomfortable for tall people. The stairs leading to the second floor are a bit narrow and a bit steep; can be a challenge for some.
