Situé dans un quartier tres agreable, au bord du parc, du lac et du centre : à pied, le lac est à 1 minute, la gare est à 7', les centres commerciaux à 3', le centre historique à 5', avec cafés, restos, magasins, pedalos, animations, glaciers... Depuis chez nous, le bord du lac est pieton (+velo) sur 5km.

The highlight is the terrace with a magnificent view. The table in front of the loft is reserved for you. The shower/WC is small but functional. Kitchen with large gas cooker, oven, dishwasher and cool crockery. Natural materials and beautiful furniture.

Das freistehende Haus liegt in traumhafter Lage direkt am Genfersee. Dahinter erstrecken sich die Weinterrassen des Lavaux, dem grössten zusammenhängende Weinbaugebiet der Schweiz. Zwischen dem Haus und dem See liegt ein grosszügiger Garten mit teilweise gedecktem Sitzplatz. Vom Garten gelangt man via das Bootshaus direkt zum See und dort über den hauseigenen Steg ins klare Seewasser.

Charming apartment with a balcony on the riverside

Spacious & bright, this apartment is situated in a very nice and quiet neighbourhood. The beautiful river passes by next to the living room balcony, 10 minutes walk to the lake and 10 min bus ride to the center of Lausanne. Parking place available in front of the building. Available for a short period of time this summer as I am traveling myself.
