Nous venons de créer ce magnifique appartement tout confort qui se situe dans les combles de notre villa, soit au deuxième étage. Prévu pour 4 personnes, il comprend deux chambres à coucher avec chacune sa salle de bain privative. La cuisine est complètement équipée et le séjour comprend un coin à manger et un salon. Chaque pièce comprend une smart TV et un climatiseur. C’est avec plaisir que nous pourrons vous suggérer des propositions tant découvertes que gustatives de notre région.

It's 2 spacious bedrooms and 1 smaller one, very comfortable beds, light, lake and mountain views. Perfect accommodation for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, families (with children), tourists...

In the Vineyards Lavaux between Lausanne & Montreu

Nice apartment, 50m2 + garden 30m2. View on the lake and mountains. Shared warmed swimming pool from the 1st of May till mid september. A double bed, an extra bed (materass on the floor). The apartment is next a sport field and a playground. 14km from Lausanne (15-30 minutes by train) and 10 from Montreux. Beaches at 10 and 20 minutes walk. 2minutes from tiny railway station and facilities (supermarket,etc) No car park in the residence, but easily around (paying)
