Spacious family-friendly villa apartment

Our unique architect-built 1960s villa incorporates a self-contained apartment on the ground floor, with two double bedrooms, bathroom, lounge and kitchen. When we are not hosting, the lounge is our children's playroom so it has plenty of toys for ages 2 to 10, a TV and a space to eat meals. Patio doors open onto a sunset-facing terrace with views of the Jura mountains. Local buses to central Lausanne leave every 8 minutes and the autoroute is close by, with free parking on site.

Large house with beautiful garden in Lausanne

This is our family house... it will be decorated for the holidays in festive Christmas decoration which you can enjoy while sipping hot chocolate by the chimney! On the main floor you have a double room, one kid room with single bed and a low 70x40 Montessori bed, one kid room with a low 70x40 Montessori bed. A baby bed is also available if needed (and all kind of baby stuff!). On the floor below you also have a room that can have a single or double bed.

Charming Renovated Farmhouse Apt

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway! We renovated our old Swiss farmhouse (est. 1870) to feature this charming independent flat! There is a grocery store (150m away), along with an adorable Boulangerie where everything is housemade. A forest & small river are found just behind our house, making our flat the perfect retreat for nature lovers & city enthusiasts alike. 10 minutes to the city center by car and easy to get to by bus (line 8).

Magnifique maison familiale

Notre maison allie tranquillité et proximité. Tranquillité car nous profitons de l'ambiance de la campagne grâce à la nature environnante, notre jardin et la petite forêt attenante. Proximité car nous pouvons nous rendre au centre ville de Lausanne en vélo (10 minutes) ou en transports publics (10 minutes). La maison est récente (09.2019), elle est lumineuse, spacieuse et très adaptée pour une famille ou plusieurs personnes (jusqu'à 8 couchages).

Das freistehende Haus liegt in traumhafter Lage direkt am Genfersee. Dahinter erstrecken sich die Weinterrassen des Lavaux, dem grössten zusammenhängende Weinbaugebiet der Schweiz. Zwischen dem Haus und dem See liegt ein grosszügiger Garten mit teilweise gedecktem Sitzplatz. Vom Garten gelangt man via das Bootshaus direkt zum See und dort über den hauseigenen Steg ins glasklare Wasser.

Lovely "retro" family home

Lovely retro family house built in the 1950's in a nice & calm residential neighborhood. Perfect house for a family with children. Ideally located for discovering the Lavaux region (UNESCO). City center of Lausanne is only a 10 mins drive away and 5 mins to get to the lake. Take advantage of the garden and come discover this beautiful region. Little lake vue. Motorway only 2 mins away.
