Window AC units in summer. TV in bedroom. (For some reason, the listing says 4 beds; that is incorrect.) The apt. is on the 2nd floor: 26 steps. (No elevator.) Parking in lot across the street. The house is located a half block away from the Rock Island Trail, it is the longest trail in the area. The Heights Strip is only minutes away!
