Natale A Casa di Nonna Abbiamo soggiornato dal 24 al 30 dicembre 2024 in questo delizioso monolocale, completamente attrezzato e dotato di tutti i comfort. Cura dei minimi particolari. Appartamento totalmente ristrutturato in modo funzionale e dall'estetica impeccabile grazie alla maestria e all'impegno di Clara ed Ezio. Struttura situata a pochi passi da un supermercato e dalla farmacia. Ubicato nelle immediate vicinanze di viale Colombo, la via principale di Quartu Sant'elena, e a due km circa dalla spiaggia del Poetto. Clara ed Ezio, sono degli host fantastici, sempre pronti e disponibili a soddisfare ogni necessità. È una casa che ha una bellissima storia. Trattatela come fosse la casa di vostra nonna. Apartamento super confortável. Chuveiro maravilhoso. Tem todos os itens necessários. Fomos recebidos com muito carinho pelos pais de Maurizio. Localização é excelente para ir à Praia do Poetto. Tem bastante vagas de garagem na frente do prédio. Simplesmente perfeito!

Staying at Marco’s place was lovely! The view from the balcony was amazing, you can clearly see the sea and the breeze coming from it is so refreshing. The house was lovely, clean and with all amenities necessary for a week long city break. It was very easy to get to from the airport with a car, and the surrounding area has everything you might need, from groceries to pharmacy to pizzeria and happy hour bars. Being close to the Poetto as well makes it a great location for a summer holiday. All in all, we had the best of time :)

La consiglio a tutti!!! Marcella é gentilissima e pronta a rispondere davvero velocissima. La casa é molto curata e davvero pulita! Ci siamo trovati benissimo! Grazie e a presto !

Wunderschöne und saubere Wohnung mit allem was man braucht, genau wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke also wirklich zum Empfehlen. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Schöne überdachte Veranda. Auch die Umgebung ist wunderschön, es gibt 5 Minuten entfernt mit dem Auto einen richtig langen Sandstrand, der an einen Pinienwald grenzt. Restaurants sind genügend auch zu Fuss erreichbar. Arbatax ist richtig gemütlich und wenn man mehr will, fährt man einfach ums Eck nach Tortoli. Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Vielen Dank nochmal für alles!

So muss ein Appartement sein. Eines der besten, das ich bis jetzt über Airbnb gebucht habe.

New remodel. Clean. Easy to find. Walking distance to the beach, port, restaurants. Be aware of problems with parking.We were unable to park our rental Fiat 500X at the property - with cars parked on the street there is no enough clearance to enter past the gate. Cala Gonone is a very popular town with limited parking. Smart car or a motorcycle can park there.

En stor,fin och mycket ren lägenhet med balkong. Hjälpsamma och tillmötesgående värdar, trots viss språkförbistring. Det fanns många skällande hundar i omgivningen, men oss störde det inte. Vi som tycker om att laga mat, skulle nog ha uppskattat lite mer köksutrustning.

La casa è davvero molto bella e il patio con la terrazza si aprono sul mare regalando una vista incantevole per lo spettacolo dei differenti colori dell’acqua nei vari momenti della giornata e la magia del tramonto e della luna! La casa sia all’interno che all’esterno, nonostante i segni del passare del tempo, mantiene un fascino ricercato e un’atmosfera estremamente accogliente. Carlotta, che ringraziamo ancora, è un host molto disponibile e affabile che ci ha supportato prima e durante la vacanza al meglio delle sue possibilità. La bellezza del luogo ha contribuito a far sopportare l’assenza dell’aria condizionata e la gentilezza di Carlotta ci ha fatto superare il disagio della scalinata di accesso molto scomoda per i bagagli e per gli spostamenti: Carlotta ci ha aiutato personalmente con le valigie al check out e le abbiamo chiesto di evidenziare nell’annuncio con descrizione e foto le rampe di scale di accesso. Giampaulo and Christina are very kind and accommodating and we felt like we were at home albeit on holidays. Their little touches in their apartment were appreciated. Loved our stay and it was very sad to leave this convenient, well located apartment.

A lovely stay - thank you. Would gladly recommend to others. Clean, bright and modern apartment. We had a few issues with loss of power and connectivity but the host was super quick to sort them out. Perfect location and plenty of space. The only one thing I'd suggest is to leave a hoover for easier cleaning up after the beach. Thanks again!! 😊

We spent 5 days at this place. the host is very responsive, and friendly! the view is stunning and the place is in walking distance to the beach and restaurants. can highly recommend!

Francesca war eine äußerst zuvorkommende und nette Gastgeberin! Wir hatten alles in der Unterkunft was wir brauchten, insbesondere die Küche war hervorragend eingerichtet so dass wir für unsere Gruppe gut kochen konnten. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Schöne ruhige Ausgangslage zum Klettern, Baden, Essen gehen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gern wieder. Vielen Dank Francesca!

This was our 2nd visit to apartment and it has been modernised, the bathroom which was really lovely. All new doors and windows and we noticed a new sofa too. We always enjoy our stay, the bed is super comfortable and have best sleep, I will miss this. The balcony is a generous size and has a lovely sea view. Nice enjoying morning coffee or aperitif of an evening gazing out to the ocean. The beach will take a 3/4 minutes to walk. All you need is catered for. I would not hesitate to recommend staying here. We had a wonderful stay at Roberta’s apartment! The place was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We encountered a couple of minor issues, but Roberta was extremely nice and quick to help, making sure everything was sorted out smoothly. On top of that, she surprised us with a few adorable little gifts, which made us feel even more welcome. Highly recommend staying here — we would definitely come back!

This beautiful apartment has a spectacular view of the hills and countryside around Tortoli. It is a short walk to the supermarket and very easy to find from the main road. Gianfranco was welcoming with very clear instructions on how to access the apartment. The pool area is calm and relaxing, surrounded by lovely gardens. A great base to explore the area. The welcome pack of Sardinian sweets were delicious!

Die Dachterrasse war das nonplusultra. Echt toll. Wir haben dort gefrühstückt und gebadet. Marwan war immer erreichbar bei grossen und kleinen Fragen. In der Wohnung fehlte es an nichts! Den Kaffee holten wir uns gleich vis a vis, war sehr praktisch!

Nous avions initialement un autre airbnb, duquel nous avons quitté car nous étions très déçus J’ai trouvé cette perle rare le jour même, j’ai eu une grande chance de le trouver Quartier adorable Excellents restaurants Allions tous les matins au Bellavista bio café délicieux Geppo’s pizza excellent Épicerie CRAI juste à côté Logement robuste propre Très bonne air climatisée Lit très confortable Magnifique paysage Piscine incroyable Calme Très bien entretenu Sécuritaire, avec guérite Gianfranco et son personnel, d’une grande gentillesse, très serviable Nous allons revenir certainement Merci pour tout !!!

Wir hatten ganz wunderbare Tage bei Rita. Sehr gastfreundlich, aufmerksam, schöner Pool und toller Service: Handtuchwechsel, Frühstück, Kommunikation. In der Umgebung gibt es sehr schöne Strände (ca. 15-20 Minuten). Unser liebster Strand war Spiaggia Cea mit feinem Sand und netter Bar. Restauranttipp: Mullò in Triei

Un séjour tout à fait réussi ! Endroit très calme, équipement confortable, très propre, communication agréable avec Marcantonio. Un endroit merveilleux, cuisine bien équipée si vous voulez cuisiner vous-même. Piscine propre et bien entretenue. Plage indiquée par Marcantonio superbe. Répondant au départ : nous avons été autorisés à rester un peu plus longtemps mais nous avions une autre location à suivre. Merci pour le vin et l’huile d’olive maison.

Es war wunderschön in der Unterkunft, gerne wieder!

Carlo et sa femme sont des hôtes exceptionnels et d'une extrême gentillesse . Ils sont toujours là pour rendre service ou pour nous indiquer de belles plages et de bons restaurants. La maison est au top avec sa magnifique architecture moderne et la piscine est ensoleillée du matin au soir. La chambre avec la salle de bain que nous avions louée était idéale pour 2 personnes, très propre et la terrasse attenante très grande. Le petit déjeuner est un régal, il y en a pour tous les goûts, du salé du sucré, des fruits etc j'ai rarement vu, dans mes précédentes locations, un petit déjeuner aussi copieux avec des produits de si bonne qualité. Je conseil tout de même aux voyageurs de louer une voiture ou un scooter. Nous c'était un scooter et nous avons pu faire pleins de choses sympa. Il y a des arrêts de bus pas loin de la maison, mais nous n'avons pas testé. Ce qui est certain, c'est que je projète déjà d'y retourner l'année prochaine car le sud de la Sardaigne est magnifique et que je me suis sentie comme à la maison dans la demeure de Carlo et sa femme. Donc un énorme merci à Carlo et sa femme pour le merveilleux séjour que nous avons passé :)
