Welcome to Hillside Haven. A 3 BR, 2 BA Home with Hot Tub. This home is newly built in 2024. Hillside Haven is nestled into the hillside of a 20 acre property off a paved road in SE Ohio. This property is surrounded by wildlife in a serene outdoor setting. Watch the stars, lounge on the porch, or relax in the hot tub. You can also take a hike around the property or gather around by the fire pit. This is the perfect place to keep your worries away. Come stay with us and see for yourself.

Firefly Cabin, A Forested Retreat

Firefly cabin, tucked deep in the woods, is the perfect place to escape. The cabin offers a peaceful retreat where you can temporarily separate from technology and connect with one another and the surrounding nature. Inside you will find comfortable, spacious rooms for both small and large gatherings. Outside, relax on the wrap around deck, sit around the fire pit, or hike our trails throughout the 300 acre property. The Firefly Cabin is one of several accommodations at Carpenter Inn.

Our Amish built cabin overlooks a private stocked pond on 17 acres of rolling hills. Explore trails through mature woods and wildflower meadows. Yellow Dog Barndominium

Our brand new barndominium is a 10 minute drive from Ohio University, yet sits on a 100+ acres in the country. You will find it located near the front of the property, feet away from a 16 acre private water ski lake with beautiful sunset views. Visitors can enjoy hiking, fishing and swimming during their stay. We designed this as a couples retreat, including a 4 person hot tub, but a second bedroom with a full bed and twin trundle can accommodate friends or family who may join you.

Frazier’s Cabin

Peaceful & beautiful views. Less than 2 miles from downtown. Your own private walking path. Escape from stress to this cozy cabin on 3.1 acres. A country setting with fruit trees and wild berries. Wake up to deer just outside your door. Visit downtown Pt. Pleasant where you’ll find multiple shops, restaurants and the Mothman Statue. There’s also Tu Endie Wei State Park and a river walk with hand painted murals along the flood wall. A PERFECT place for a Mothman enthusiast!!

Camp Forever Cabin West

Escape to the rolling hills of Southeastern Ohio at Camp Forever! Our property is located in the countryside, perfect for a peaceful getaway. We offer amenities such as a hot tub, fire pit and lots of games! Camp Forever has a primary bedroom and lofted beds upstairs. Please note that there is another cabin 67 ft apart. Camp Forever is 20 minutes from Ohio University, and a Short 5 minute drive to 2 Wineries! We love pets and insist you bring them along for your stay.

Redwing Retreat: A Secluded Cabin in Ohio

Redwing Retreat is located just outside of Athens, Ohio (home to Ohio University). It offers all of the comforts of home, plus the relaxing and replenishing effects of nature. The cabin has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and comfortably sleeps 6 people. It has a covered wrap-around porch with a hammock, plenty of lounge seating, and a grill. It is situated on 63 acres and is completely private. Athens and Ohio University are a short 20-25 minute drive away.

The Honey Hole-Secluded,Huge Kitchen 4BR 2BA

Relax and unwind in this peaceful, secluded retreat. Sits at the end of a dead end road and very private. Gather around the firepit and enjoy the large yard. Propane (provided) grill and outdoor seating. Great for hunters. 5 miles from public hunting access. No hunting on this property. Maintained trails for hiking on property. Great for families, work travel, peaceful getaway. Large kitchen can host a large meal.

Sweet Peace Forest is a secluded nature retreat located in Southeast Ohio. It is 30 minutes from Athens and 20 minutes from Pomeroy. It exudes warmth and nature from the 30 acre forest where it sits, to the ponds, to the carefully crafted and recently remodeled home.
