Transportation is 5 min. walking from apartment. Apartment is situated first line in Geneva Old Town, so it can be noisy time to time.

Beaucoup de charme dans cette maison ancienne mitoyenne (1820), dans le vieux hameaux de Arare, sur la commune de Plan-les-Ouates, qui donne sur une ruelle peu passante. Carrelage d’époque en terre cuite au rez et escalier en bois d’époque qui grince un peu... Très bien situé. Proche des commerces et des transports publics ainsi que de la zone industrielle de Plan-les-Ouates. Accès facile a l’autoroute.

My unit is a large suite (40 sqm) attached to our house, but independent. You will receive a set of keys and come and go as you wish. Our place is located in a quiet residencial area close to beautiful Carouge and its market. The city center is easily accessible by bus and tramway. See Getting around section for more information. The bus stop is 2' walking distance, aprox 150m.

Our flat is 50 meters from a tramway and bus stop, it takes 15mn to go to the train station and 25mn to the airport with public transports.
