Just a few minutes walk will immerse you in stunning panoramic views where you can take in the wild and rugged beauty of the Yorkshire moors. You won't believe Manchester is so close.

Beautiful studio with private bathroom, including dining and lounge area with log burner in spacious, renovated Victorian family home in Lune Valley. With private parking, we are 2 minutes from the M6 and within easy reach of the Lake District, Morecambe Bay, Lancaster and the Yorkshire Dales. With continental self-serve breakfast and teas/fresh coffee included, use of the shared family kitchen is also available. Choice of local places to eat, good transport and great walks on your doorstep.

The Tree Cabin

The heated tree cabin is set within a small secluded wood up a steep path. Cedar lined, insulated and oak clad it cantilevers out over a remote mill pond. Wake up in a tranquil heaven only shared with shy wildlife, including deer, hare, the odd badger and a variety of birds. In the cabin are a king-size plus bed, table and chairs, kitchen area with induction plate, microwave oven & toaster. Your own smaller tree cabin, a few trees away, houses a flushing toilet and hand basin with spring water.

'Waterside Studio'

'Waterside Studio' is a well appointed apartment in an annexe to the main house, but with private access. It is situated in a quiet part of a unique village, which has a sea dock, adjacent to the Lune Estuary and canal basin on a branch arm of the Lancaster Canal. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers and anyone who likes all aspects of wildlife, boating and the sea. We are 5 m. south of the historically important University town of Lancaster. The village has a pub, village store and cafes.

The Old Chapel Schoolhouse

Lovingly restored to a very high standard, the Old Chapel Schoolhouse is a holiday cottage full of character, and seamlessly combines many original features, such as exposed stone fireplaces, stone flagged floor, waxed floorboards, traditional old beams and antique furniture meshed with contemporary fixtures and fittings. It's also close to great walking, with Pendle Hill and Wycollar close by, also Skipton and Bronte Country a short journey away. Ideal for a couple, or singles..Ivy Nest has its own private enclosed courtyard, and is set over three floors.

This is a relaxing completely self-contained studio in very quiet surroundings yet only a few minutes walk from delicious eateries and quirky bars in Ramsbottom and Holcombe Brook. It is perfect for couples who enjoy the great outdoors (you can walk onto the West Pennine Moors from the house) or for those just looking for a private retreat in which to unwind. Plenty of free unrestricted on street parking. Please note we cannot accept children or pets, the studio is compact and not suitable.
