The Splash Pad is a perfect getaway for families and groups. Our goal is to bring people together for quality time so we created spaces that everyone will love: the (non heated) pool, hot tub, patio, volleyball net and horse shoes, fire pit, indoor gas fireplace, and a spacious living room with a 55in TV. On The Bay is nestled within a quaint neighborhood of 100 year old lake cottages and million dollar homes. See my photo of the terrific playground right across the street. Downtown Holland is only 2 1/2 miles East where you will find trendy clothing stores, restaurants and pubs. A 3rd floor apartment at the top of a Victorian home just off the corner of Centennial Park. A short walk to everything downtown. From our guests: "The location couldn't have been better, and the apartment was SO spacious, with everything we needed. " "This place is great - the attic is much larger than expected from the pictures, and comfortably fit 4 of us for a weekend. I loved the cute vintage artifacts throughout the attic" "Awesome place! Saugy Bottom Retreat. Newly remodeled cottage.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located retreat. Located on a half acre. Recently completed a remodel; everything in this home is new. Bedroom one has a king-size bed. Bedroom two has a queen. The sofa sleeper is also a queen with a memory foam mattress. For the yoga enthusiast the side deck is the perfect space to get centered. The cottage is located in walking distance of Clearbrook Golf Course and just a short drive to Oval Beach or downtown Saugatuck.
