Kathleen was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Very very close to the park and some amenities. Bedding and towels were very clean.

This was a quick stay for us as we were just passing through. The house was great and it has a beautiful view of the water.

Monica is an exceptional host – she left very thorough instructions, followed up with us consistently, and had a magical space that made us feel right at home. The bathroom and bath tub were incredible! The neighborhood is unique with lots of DIY parks and urban agriculture – lots of friendly neighbors who were open and welcoming to sharing the history of the area and their dedication to maintaining it. We loved our stay here and would definitely come back again! Detroit is an awesome city, and this is a great location to experience the best it has to offer!

This beach studio is exceptionally nice! (& we've airbnb'd along Lake Erie before.) Although it has lots to offer, if I had to choose the best part it would be the views. (and that was really the purpose of this March trip) The large windows offer a panoramic expanse of Lake Erie & the extending pier. (It’s definitely worth getting up early to see the sunrise.) Seeing that view, we just had to get out & walk to the end of the pier, to watch the waves & the sea birds & enjoy the lake breeze. At the same time, the comfortable & convenient (& open) arrangement of the space kept us more than happy to spend hours inside. We fixed meals easily in the kitchen, then enjoyed them at the dining table with those beautiful lake views. The cute holiday themed decorations and thoughtful additions like cupcakes, snacks & coffee only added to the cheerful interior. Lisa has made a beautiful little getaway in the small town of Leamington! Their family was always friendly and very welcoming. Access to the park across the street and beautiful short walk to beach was so convenient and made the area feel more private as well. So relaxing and had everything you needed. It was a perfect getaway spot and I would highly recommend!

I was raised much of my younger years in New Baltimore. It's a great location near my family, high school friends, several restaurants, & the park on the bay. Many interesting area sites & museums are within an hour drive. Everything needed to be comfortable is within the unit. Gina, Thanks for being a good host.

Tracey is a great host . Her cottage is so cute, extremely clean and well maintained. The hot tub was perfect to relax in after a fun day sipping wine. We will be back!

We felt like we were in a hallmark movie! Super cute home right on the lake. We could hear the water when the sliders were open and it was very quiet when they were closed. Home was comfortable and welcoming. Clean and had all the things we needed. The owner Jim is just a cool guy! We were in town for work and we really looked forward to coming home every night. Sharon and Matt deserve 10 stars. Their hospitality is unmatched. Not only was the home beautiful, but they were both prompt, responsive, and proactive whenever we needed to get ahold of them. Our stay at the home was a temporary long term stay, and it felt like home from the moment we walked in, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while our homenwas being renovated. If you are looking to get away to Marine City, this is the only place I would recommend. Thank you Sharon and Matt for a wonderful, stress-free stay!
