My vacation rental is located right off the FAMOUS Magazine Street and within walking distance to LOTS of restaurants, boutique stores, art galleries, coffee shops, bars, grocery stores, drug stores, the St Charles streetcar and RTA bus stop. :-)

Since 2015, the Brainard Inn is just steps to the St. Charles streetcar. The 1930's double is the entire second floor with private front and rear entrances, Living and dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, screened porch and laundry. Relax and enjoy a walk-able neighborhood after exploring the many activities of the city. My residence is downstairs and I enjoy meeting my guests upon arrival for check-in. Restaurants, bars and markets are on St. Charles Avenue!
