There is an association dock area which will require a waiver for a dock on the lake with kayaks. Come enjoy the water or visit nearby Shawnee Wine Trail, Ferne Clyffe State Park, hunting, fishing and much more. Located 6.5 miles off I-24.

Our home inlcudes 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 full kitchens and 2 living room areas. Guests will have access to the neighborhood boat ramp, located directly beside Lemonade Paradise. Sit outside by the fire under a pergola.
