No vehicles may park on site over the 2 advertised spaces. We live on-site and will not tolerate abuse of these terms.

This historic, raised home sits in the downtown historical Beauregard Town neighborhood. During your stay you'll be a short distance to several major venues, like the Canes River Center & Casinos. LSU campus is just a quick 5 minute drive. Whether you're in town for business, vacation or an LSU game, you’ll have a prime location! Access to the entire home + the side patio. This home is a quaint, waterfront oasis, with space to enjoy friends and family inside or outside. It is just minutes by foot, car and/or boat to restaurants, bars and many water events. With prior notification to host you may have full access to onsite boat slip. Depending on size of boats slip can host up to 2 boats at one time. Come and see why this is OUR happy place, and it could quickly become your happy place.
