Beautiful Renovated home on Lake Mac & Kollen Park

Welcome to Holland! Built in 1881, the home is a classic 3 bd/2 ba + lg bonus room, on a tree-lined street in downtown Holland, next to Kollen Park and Lake Macatawa. The home gets excellent natural light and offers gorgeous lake + park views from multiple rooms in the house & outside deck. Updated on both levels including kitchen, living room, furniture, appliances, w/ the original hardwood floors refinished. We are easy walking distance to downtown + the 8th St. Farmers Market on Saturdays.

Coastal theme/wooded & large deck/fenced-in yard

Nestled in the woods on the northside of Holland just into Port Sheldon Township. Close to township beaches/parks and just 3 miles from Pigeon Lake public boat launch, which is connected to Lake Michigan. Home was remodeled in 2022, including new kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops. Home is on bike path that leads to downtown Holland (6 miles) and Grand Haven (14 miles). A couple miles north of home is Sandy Point Beach House restaurant with outdoor bar and seating area. Beautiful area!!

Artists apartment a short walk to everything

A 3rd floor apartment at the top of a Victorian home just off the corner of Centennial Park. A short walk to everything downtown. From our guests: "The location couldn't have been better, and the apartment was SO spacious, with everything we needed. " "This place is great - the attic is much larger than expected from the pictures, and comfortably fit 4 of us for a weekend. I loved the cute vintage artifacts throughout the attic" "Awesome place! Shipwright's Cottage

Located in downtown Holland, in view of the Tulip parade, this adorable 2 bed home is 2 blocks from the Civic Center which hosts events and a great farmers market Wed. and Sat. and begins 8th Street where life bustles with outstanding shops and pubs. We have given it a gorgeous 21st Century overhall. A block away from lakeside beautiful Kollen park and Boatwerks Restaurant with waterside seating. This location offers quick access to business and boating. Come enjoy a fun downtown stay.

PLEASE READ THE OTHER NOTES SECTION. Holland, Michigan is a favorite summer destination for those who live near or far. Holland itself has so much to offer with its boutiques, coffee shops, and restaurants and of course beautiful beaches on Lake Michigan. We are less than 8 miles from Holland State Park and so close to other Lake Shore attractions. Saugatuck is only 11 miles away, Grand Haven a 23 mile drive, and 29 miles from Grand Rapids, making this a very desirable location!

The Amberg House - a Frank Lloyd Wright Original

Staying in a house designed by Frank Lloyd Wright is a bucket list item for fans of America's most acclaimed architect. The Amberg House was completed in 1911 at the pinnacle of Wright's Prairie Style influence. Though every Wright home is special, the Amberg House is a unique collaboration between Wright and Marion Mahony. Mahony worked with Wright from 1896 until 1909. A graduate of MIT, she was the first woman to be licensed as an architect in the US.

Downtown Cottage

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION ! This historic home is in the epicenter of everything going on in downtown Holland. From the front porch you can overlook the farmer’s market every Wednesday and Saturday. Turning to the right you can see Hopcat, the new movie theater, and several other brand new shops, breweries, and restaurants all within a few steps. Extra cleaning procedures with antibacterial cleaning products have been added due to COVID-19.
