Beautiful Renovated home on Lake Mac & Kollen Park

Welcome to Holland! Built in 1881, the home is a classic 3 bd/2 ba + lg bonus room, on a tree-lined street in downtown Holland, next to Kollen Park and Lake Macatawa. The home gets excellent natural light and offers gorgeous lake + park views from multiple rooms in the house & outside deck. Updated on both levels including kitchen, living room, furniture, appliances, w/ the original hardwood floors refinished. Location! Location! Location! Built in 2016 our home is nestled in the Ottawa Beach Historic District just steps from both Lake Michigan and Lake Macatawa. You can't beat our location with access to beaches, marinas, bike paths, Mt. Pisgah Dune boardwalk and more. The area is your playground! Artists apartment a short walk to everything

A 3rd floor apartment at the top of a Victorian home just off the corner of Centennial Park. A short walk to everything downtown. From our guests: "The location couldn't have been better, and the apartment was SO spacious, with everything we needed. " "This place is great - the attic is much larger than expected from the pictures, and comfortably fit 4 of us for a weekend. I loved the cute vintage artifacts throughout the attic" "Awesome place! Fantastic Downtown Loft

Unique beautiful downtown loft overlooking 8th street shops and restaurants. Incredible space with 2 master bedrooms plus twin bed studio area. Full kitchen, dining area, seating areas, TV/ bar room, fireplace, library, and private roof top deck with hot tub and grill complete this one-of-a-kind home. Two reserved parking spaces. 100% updated. The building dates to the 1890's and all the brick and flooring is original, but everything else is new while the character has been preserved.

Calming Restful Cottage

The Corkscrew

Enjoy a few days in this newly renovated home on the South Side of Holland! The Corkscrew was completely updated in 2015 and is located within walking distance from Eldean's Shipyard & Marina, Macatawa Bay Yacht Club and Big Red Lighthouse. Drop your boat into Lake Macatawa at the public launch two blocks away! Less than a 10 minute drive to Laketown Public Beach Access and less than a 15 minute drive to Downtown Holland/Hope College's Campus.
