Clean & Comfortable Open Space. Great bedding. So great I accidentally overslept. Host was flexible & communicative. I was so grateful! We had a great time visiting friends in the area.

Jerod’s Airbnb at Perimeter Lofts is very close to Perimeter Mall, excellent restaurants, and where our conference was held. The unit was very close to the parking garage, just a few steps away so very easy to unload luggage and groceries. The host was very responsive for anything that we needed. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. I would recommend and would stay here again!

Kyara was a very friendly and responsive host! Even before we arrived, she responded to our questions and inquiries. The space was very clean and inviting…and also safe and secure, which was important to our group of three senior ladies. Check in and check out were easy. Very few requests upon checkout, which was nice. Hand soap and dishwashing soap are provided, but guests may want to bring their own bath soap, laundry soap, and dryer sheets. Apparently, some folks like to bring their own supplies of these things due to allergies, and personal preferences. Air B & Bs are different in what they consider standard supplies. (Kyara did bring us soap and body wash when we requested it, which we appreciated!) We had an emergency while we were in town and Kyara was more than helpful in offering assistance to help us get it resolved. She is an excellent host and will make you feel quite welcome! We would recommend the Club Cozy to friends and would stay here again!

Great location. Great Coffee Shop and Restaurants right downstairs. Plenty of room for four people (there was only two of us).

Jermaine was a great host. He stayed in touch, was always available if needed, and we felt well looked after. My wife and I operate an AirBnB of our own, so we could see the work Jermaine had done to make the place feel like home. And the place lived up to Jermaine's online description of it. It's a short walk from many restaurants, shops and services, and also from forested walking trails with abundant bird life to observe. Now that we have family working and living in the Sandy Springs area, we'll be planning return visits, and our first message will go out to Jermaine!

Wonderful stay! We were never bothered by the hosts, and they seem to have put a great deal of effort into making the basement area into its own little apartment. Unbeatable for the price, and the Crowne Hotel is a 10 minute walk, which was perfect for me because I was attending an event that was there. Thanks!

Location, location, location. Walkable to downtown which is exactly what we were hoping for. We needed to bring our parakeet this time because we couldn’t find a sitter. There were no issues around that which was a HUGE relief! We had a downstairs apartment that felt nice and cool, as though it would likely be a cool reprieve from summer heat without needing to run to ac. I’ll have to test that theory mid summer when we return! Would stay here again.

Karen’s home was perfect for me and my bridesmaids for my wedding weekend. I had some trouble accessing the space (pretty sure that was user error), but Karen was super responsive and helpful. The power had gone out prior to our arrival, so it was very warm. Again, Karen was very responsive and helpful to get the place cooled down! The house was very clean and just a great space in general. The listing says “entire home” but be aware there is a downstairs apartment that can be rented, so there could be other guests during your stay. Overall, it was a great stay in Roswell and was perfect for our group!

Daniel And Catherine’s house looks exactly like the photos online. We visited for work, but checked in during the weekend so that we can take the kids out to visit local attractions. We used to live in Atlanta area, so it was great to be near some of our favorite restaurants. The car charging station was a pleasant surprise! In addition to the obvious that this is a great place, anyone reading the comments should know that Daniel, Catherine, and Jessica are very proactive, responsive and accommodating hosts. I would definitely stay here when we visit Atlanta next time.

Ashley was a great host. The place was very accommodating four our group of 6. It is close to the town center in a very quiet and walkable neighborhood. The entertainment room was very entertaining and the hot tub was very relaxing. Highly recommend staying at this house. Great value for all that you get.

Laura and her husband Greg were excellent hosts. The home is extremely lovely,immaculately cleaned,and well stocked. Laura was quick to answer any questions or concerns even early in the morning when we could not get the heat to work,which was our user error. She always Responded quickly and went above and beyond to help. Her husband even came and blew off the driveway when we had unexpected snow and they extended our rental by a few days to help us out so we didn’t have to move in the snow. We would definitely stay here again!

Convenient place to stay when visiting the Lilburn/Duluth area. Rodney is a great host.

Rachel and her team made my stay extremely special. I was hesitant about Airbnb being that I love hotel stays. But this experience made me a believer.

Jody was a great host and responsive to questions. For us, the biggest draw of Jody's place was the location. Walkable to the perimeter mall and lots and lots of restaurants around. The apartment is in a big complex that can be somewhat of a maze but checking in was easy and straightforward if you followed Jody's instructions. The place was exactly as described.

After booking an air b&b that was in shambles when we arrived, I found this gem on a last min attempt to find a replacement housing situation for my family and I. We recently stayed with Home away, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The location is fantastic—right by Truist Field, making it easy to enjoy all the local attractions while being just outside the hustle and bustle of downtown. The space was incredibly clean and looked exactly like the pictures—no surprises here! Accessing the property was a breeze, which made settling in so much easier. The host was communicative and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, this Airbnb is amazing! It offered a perfect blend of convenience and comfort. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Atlanta!
