Julia's Cottage is a charming, welcoming little home, where you will be inclined to kick back and just soak in the beauty surrounding you. Antique queen size bed and a queen size mattress in the loft.

Country living w/easy access: only 5 mi to Lake Hawkins, 15mi to Lindale, 19mi to Tyler State Park, 12mi to Tiger Creek Wildlife Refuge, 14mi to ALERT Academy, 12mi to Mineola for antique shopping, nearby Canton Trade Days.

Take it easy at this newly renovated, tranquil getaway on Lake Hawkins. We’re sharing our lakefront home so others may enjoy the nice, clear water for swimming, fishing, boating, skiing, kayaking; you name it! Fish off our boat dock, swim in our sandy shore area, float around, or borrow our kayaks. There are nearby public boat ramps, a public sandy beach area, camp ground, & RV park, too. There are also restaurants right on the lake as well as nearby. *More nights booked = cheaper nightly rate.

Handcrafted tiny cabins inspired by nature: -Huge picture windows that immerse you in nature. -Cozy Qbed w/ cotton linens -Kitchenette w/ induction stove, mini-fridge/freezer, & utensils. -Private bath w/ hot shower, toilet & towels. Private outdoor space, w/ fire pit, chairs, & picnic table. Perfect for a romantic escape, solo retreat, or working in nature. *Wi-Fi is not for streaming

RV #1 - Bring an overnight bag and enjoy the lake.

Camp at Lake Hawkins in one of our fully set up RV's. You have 3 different RV's to choose from and only a short walk to the lake. Each of the 3 RV's sits on a half acre so there is plenty of room to bring a tent for larger groups or rent all 3 RV's. When you reach the lake enjoy the common beach, BBQ and bar. If you have a boat to launch we have a private concrete boat ramp, a large open field for secure parking while you enjoy the lake. We have bicycles, canoe and Kayaks for rent cheap.

The amazing views as well as stunning sunsets may just take your breath away! Come relax at the lakeside firepit or fish, swim or anchor your boat at the private, covered dock. One bedroom with king bed, 1 full bath & 1 half bath, Wi-Fi, Roku TV, fully stocked kitchen & more! Pets welcome with a $50 fee. We'd love to host your stay!:)

Enjoy the slow, quiet streets and paths and amenities such as lakes, fishing (no fishing license needed), golf, tennis, pickleball, & pool. A good place for quiet nature lovers.

Come and enjoy a slice of heaven. Mother Nature has provided a beautiful scenery full of nature sounds and calls of the wild. You can sit on the screen porch overlooking the lake and feel peace. You can sit by a fire outdoors and feel free and private and safe and hear the crickets and bullfrog. There's nothing but love, peace and joy here. There's room for social distancing and I covid clean and I am vaccinated.

This charming cabin is nestled in the woods of a gated fishing community. Unplug and fish in your very own stocked catfish pond located on the property. Take a short drive to the quaint downtown Winnsboro where you will find antique shops, unique gift shops, a Center of the arts and a weekend evening stage. This cabin has space for up to 5 guests. Short 20 minute drive to Lake Fork. No chores at check out!
