Looking for a quiet place in the Northwoods? This rustic cabin built in the 1950’s on a private lake is exactly what you’re looking for. Observe untouched nature; bald eagles, deer, loons and hummingbirds. Historic, no wake motor Lake found on Kasomo Lake. Complimentary row-boat, kayak, canoe, paddle boat and stand up paddle board for use. These 2 acres, surrounded only by trees, boasts a perfect experience of Northern Wisconsin vibes. Very quick access to the Heart of Vilas bike path.

Located on a dead-end gravel road, 1.5 miles to hard surface road. There is a house behind the cottage where one person lives. Construction completed in 2020, has a deck, a 2-acre pond, 15 acres cleared, woods to wander in, walking distance to Otter River, 19 miles to Houghton, 13 miles to Baraga on Lake Superior. Pricing is per bedroom, base price $125.00 for first bedroom for 1-2 guests per night, and an additional $75.00 for second bedroom per night when there will be 3-4 guests.

Perfect for families and fishing getaways. We do NOT have a boat lift.

This carriage-house apartment can sleep up to five in a bedroom, full size hide-a-bed in living room, and loft area. Canoe is available for use.

You can sit around the fire with beautiful lake views and sunsets.
