Although our cottage sleeps 4, it’s real charm is allowing couples a cozy spot to reconnect take a relaxing soak in the hot tub & spend evenings by the fire pit. It’s a short walk to Silver Lake to use the provided tandem kayak. (Launch is about a block away) 30-35 minutes from major cities-Cadillac, Clare, Mt. pleasant - Very clean, sweet little family-owned cottage- time to unwind and reconnect.

Children love to play in the sand on the beach or go swimming off the dock. Bertha Lake is home to many fish ready for the catching! Based on the season, fishing, skiing, tubing/sledding, golf, or off-road trails are all options. Back at the beach house, cozy up next to the bonfire and enjoy some s'mores on the lake.

The beach, fishing pier, playground, and boat access are steps away across the street at the end of the driveway. This house is not on the water side of street. It is on hilltop with views. There are NO DOGS ALLOWED in the lake. PET FEES ADDED AT TIME OF RESERVATION - pls ask.
