It’s a quick walk to "The Cannery" which hosts Miranda Lambert's Pink Pistol and Red 55 Winery as well as Texas Music City Grill. Beautiful Darden Park and nearby dog park are also walking distance. It's also just a short drive to the quaint town of Mineola, the Texas Rose Horse Park and Canton First Mondays.

This beautifully located home features several mature pines in a quiet neighborhood within the Quitman city limits. The house is situated on the lot to make pulling your boat through or parking it a breeze. This older, yet comfortable home, comes with all you need for a relaxing stay. The home has cable TV and a separate internet plan with wifi. The bed is queen sized and is a high quality memory foam and on an adjustable frame. There is a separate fenced in yard for your dog to enjoy. The property is quite and has a lot or air space between neighbors for added privacy.

Come and enjoy a slice of heaven. Mother Nature has provided a beautiful scenery full of nature sounds and calls of the wild. You can sit on the screen porch overlooking the lake and feel peace. You can sit by a fire outdoors and feel free and private and safe and hear the crickets and bullfrog. There's nothing but love, peace and joy here. There's room for social distancing and I covid clean and I am vaccinated.
