Welcome to our Lakefront Retreat in the heart of East Texas! Tucked away on the shores of Lake Fork, this cozy getaway is the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. Beautiful, fully furnished, two story apartment and a private drive to park in. The deck has a BBQ grill and private seating area. The kitchen features full size appliances with dishes, cooking accessories and dining area. (NOTE: There is currently not a dishwasher.) There are 2 bedrooms, joined with a Jack and Jill bathroom with a shower/tub. The "Bunkroom" has a bunk bed and a daybed with trundle, totaling 4 twin beds. The "Single Room" features a full size bed There is a 2 dog max policy.

Our rustic, upscale, WATERFRONT cabin boasts gorgeous views! The three peaceful acres are tucked in an expansive cove of Lake Fork. Enjoy open concept LR/DR/kitchen. Private boat ramp. Boat lift & fish-cleaning station on a gorgeous, covered, open-air dock. Cabin features a fire pit, propane grill, upper/lower back porches, outdoor fireplace, lighted sidewalk to boathouse, granite c-tops, SS appliances, beverage bar w/add’l fridge, and carport. Dogs allowed w/host approval & add'l payment.

Livestock accommodations available upon request. Pet friendly. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. One mile from downtown Winnsboro yet outside the city limits. Winnsboro, home of the famous "Autumn Trails". The back patio overlooks a valley pasture with beautiful sunsets and large oak trees. We call our ranch a little piece of heaven. The property is secluded. Walk down the long driveway to the oak tree with a swing. View the cattle from the fences. Come see the stars!!!

The Pecan House

Escape to this cozy 1 bedroom retreat. Perfect for couples or solo travelers, but can host up to 4 people. Nestled in a pecan orchard, this charming space combines modern comforts with a touch of rustic style. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, comfy king bed, walk-in shower and a private patio ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Visit us at Alford Family Farm just a short walk away. Seasonal farm activities are offered for an additional fee.

Newly Renovated Cabin on 1 acre centrally located between Lake Fork and Lake Tawakoni! First Monday Trades Day is only a short 25-minute drive. Chitt's Creek Cabin is a short 15 min drive to Lake Tawakoni State Park and less than 10 minutes to the nearest boat dock! Fisherman Paradise for tournaments or a perfect place to get out of the city to relax around the campfire, star gaze and just have a great time!

Getaway from your day to day life with our cozy 3 bedroom home located on 4 acres of land. Able to fit 8 people including children. Family friendly with a private pond in the back. Go fishing, play games on the patio and even cook out with our patio grill. Or stay inside and use our state of the art kitchen for a nice dinner with the family. We are also located about 5 mins away from Lake Fork via drive.

Beautiful country home only 5 minutes from Lake Tawakoni. Bring the family and enjoy fishing on the pond while cooking out by the large wrap-around porch, or relax with your coffee and watch the sunrise in peace. The Half Lady

Located on 18 acres of meadows and wooded trails, the Half Lady bunkhouse is clean, spacious and charming. Fish, stroll wooded trails, chill out on the porch, star gaze by the fire pit or create a gourmet meal in fully equipped kitchen. Price shown is for 1 or 2 guests. $10 per person after that. Steaming now available through fiber optic high speed internet.
