The cozy cottage can accommodate 4 adults & 4 children with a queen size bed, a sleeper sofa in the living room, plus an overhead loft area with two full mattresses for the kids. These rentals come fully furnished with a private bathroom, linens for the downstairs, air conditioning, TV, and a kitchen with full appliances. Restful Retreat at Lakeside Park

Just outside of the city enjoy a quiet escape in your own charming farmhouse with access to Lake Dunlap/Guadalupe River. Located 4.7 miles from downtown New Braunfels (10 min. traffic permitting), 6 miles to Schlitterbahn, Landa Park, and floating area of the Comal River downtown. 8 miles to Gruene. For those coming in for work, the property is 2 miles to the New Braunfels airport, 5.2 miles from the hospital, and within 10 miles to most of the New Braunfels Schools.

River Roost

River Roost is a family vacation spot on the lake that sleeps 6. It is 3 miles off Interstate 35, located in a quiet neighborhood with access to 50 feet of waterfront. It is a quick trip to downtown New Braunfels with features such as Schlitterbahn waterpark, tubing, antique and grocery stores, department stores, and a great selection of restaurants.
