Welcome to Wagon Wheel Cabins! Large One Bedroom Cabin Sleeps 2-7 2 king beds 1 twin size bed Living room with seating and tv Kitchen with dining table 1 Bathroom with tub and shower The kitchen has pots, pans, tableware, silverware, a microwave, a fridge, and an oven. Every cabin has bed linens, pillows, and extra pillows. The bathroom has body towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not supply seasonings, or coffee. Coin laundry, The Lost Sock Laundromat is located at 808 Gunnison Ave.

Cozy Studio in Lake City

Sitting at the base of iconic Round Top Mountain and within walking distance to downtown Lake City is this comfortable studio apartment. The space is attached to the host's year-round home, but has its own private entrance and parking. Enjoy a fire on the attached private porch, or head across the street for a local favorite hike. After a day of exploring, relax in the queen bed and cook in the stocked kitchenette. We’re happy to host you and share tips to help you enjoy beautiful Lake City!

Half Street Haven in Lake City

This eclectic three-story log home is on the edge of Lake City. It offers stunning mountain views. This colorful house can sleep up to 8 people. The house has stairs including a tight, narrow spiral staircase to the basement. It has an open-floor plan upstairs with a king bed & a full bathroom. There are bunks beds in the basement along with only one TV. This home is ideal for people looking to unplug & unwind. It also has a wrap around deck with a BBQ & parking for a truck & trailer onsite.

“Rancho Cebolla Guest Cabin”

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis nestled among giant spruce as the sound of rushing Cebolla Creek echoes through the trees. Trout abound in the creek which is only 200' from the cabin. Rancho Cebolla has about 980' of private water and is next to about a mile of public water at Mason Family SWA. Come enjoy the cool summer, watch the leaves change in fall, watch local wildlife, fish the Cebolla & local lakes, ride UTV trails on public land, or hunt big game in GMU 66 or 67.

Modern guest house in Lake City

Modern and newer construction (completed in May 2020) second floor guest house for rent. Two bedrooms and two baths, approximately 1125 square feet. Bedroom 1 has an attached bath with tiled walk in shower. Kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Huge 12' x 36' second story deck with amazing views. For folks bringing pets, note that pets cannot be left unattended in the house. If you leave the house, take your pets with you. Town of Lake City permit # TLCR05.

Caboose Cottage in the heart of Lake City!

Enjoy easy access to the heart of Lake City from this centrally located place, located within the historic downtown shopping and dining area. Be sure to visit the Hinsdale County Museum next door to get a glimpse of Lake City's history, including a restored caboose. This two bedroom two bath home provides a comfortable place to rest after a fun day in the mountains. The rental is located behind the office of the Lake Fork Valley Conservancy, an environmental non-profit organization.

Charming Lower-Level Apartment in Mountains

Experience a getaway in our lower-level apartment nestled between Gunnison and Lake City. This one-bedroom has a king-size bed, large bathroom with a soaking tub, and a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave/convection oven, and a French press for local Rufuge coffee. Enjoy the cozy living room with a decorative gas fireplace, Roku TV, and access to a private patio with a grill. Explore hiking trails, relax by the river nearby, and visit our farm stand for homemade goodies.

Backcountry Basecamp 3

Smaller room with private bathroom and entrance from the outside. There is a queen bottom/ long twin top bunk bed. You also have access to an attached laundry room. There is also a small covered porch. There’s a pavilion in the yard with bbq grills and nicely landscaped areas throughout. It’s across the street from the visitor center, post office , and movie theater. You can ride atvs to and from the property to access the alpine loop. Plenty of parking for trailers.

Gowdy Suite 1 Open All Year Gowdy Properties

The Gowdy Suite 1 is located on the ground level with private entrance and screened porch. The bedroom consists of a king size bed and 32 inch TV, the kitchen has all standard necessities and then some, the living area has a couch a chair recliner and a 42 inch TV. The bathroom has a shower and blow dryer and extra towels. OHVs are only allowed to travel on Hwy 149 from June 13th until September 30th

La Casita

Rustic-bijou live roof cabin in the heart of the beautiful high mountain town Lake City. Perfect for a romantic get a way or a chance to relax, recharge, and commune with nature. Enjoy the spacious yard, with the wildflower patio and a live green roof. The cabin is located about a block from the town park and in walking distance to all shops and most restaurants.
