Victorian Mansion (Walk to Downtown)

2,750 sq ft Victorian Lake City home 10 min walk to most shops and restaurants downtown. Large comfy beds, BBQ, fire pit, fully stocked kitchen, and tons of board games. Remodeled 2024. Plenty of room for friends and family with 3 master suites (each with private bathrooms), a kids room with 4 bunk beds, and two large living rooms. Property is on .5 acres allowing plenty of parking. Oversized 2-car garage with ~6 additional parking spaces outside for OHVs, trailers, and other vehicles.

Modern guest house in Lake City

Modern and newer construction (completed in May 2020) second floor guest house for rent. Two bedrooms and two baths, approximately 1125 square feet. Bedroom 1 has an attached bath with tiled walk in shower. Kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Huge 12' x 36' second story deck with amazing views. For folks bringing pets, note that pets cannot be left unattended in the house. If you leave the house, take your pets with you. Town of Lake City permit # TLCR05.

A beautiful studio home located in the historic downtown area of Lake City. Close to town park, restaurants, pubs and shopping. OHV access to the Alpine Loop. OHVs welcome and allowed on town streets. Comfortable accommodations consisting of a Queen size bed, bathroom with luxurious shower a washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped. Great 3 bedroom in River Park!

Updated and cozy in town 3 bedroom home. Spectacular views all around. Short walk to Uncompaghre river trail, restaurants and shopping. Two large porches and great upper deck with awesome views of the Sneffels range. Fenced in backyard. The back porch has a charcoal BBQ for you to use. There is internet TV, but no cable. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, etc. The pantry has some canned goods, spices that you are free to use as needed.

Entire Silverton home w/ garage & bike tools!

~~~ Silverton Adventure House ~~~ Built in 2011, this is the perfect base for your next visit to the San Juan mountains! Radiant in-floor heat ensures a cozy stay. There is a small garage that is heated and includes a workbench with ski tools and space for gear storage. We welcome all Silverton visitors and will do our best to help you have an amazing stay! Backcountry Basecamp 1

The cabin is located in Lake City directly across from the visitor center, movie theater, and post office. It was built in 2019. The cabin is 420 sq ft and includes a bathroom with large shower, a kitchen, a laundry room, two private decks, private little yard with fire pit, and parking. It is a studio type set up. It is attached but separate to a larger 1900 sq ft cabin that is also for rent.
