This peaceful 3-bedroom, 1-bath retreat sleeps up to 11 guests with a king bed, queen bed, bunk bed, and 2 sofa sleepers. Enjoy mountain views, fishing, hiking, ATV trails, and the soothing sounds of rushing water. Walk to shops, restaurants, and the town park while enjoying the perfect blend of adventure, convenience, and relaxation. Sorry no pets allowed.

Modern guest house in Lake City

This 4-bedroom/3-bath home (and additional sleeping area) has a fully appointed kitchen (stainless steel), a jet tub, games room with pool table; grilling deck accessed via the kitchen; and a larger deck facing the mountains! It's the perfect place to chill out after a fun day in the mountains! .

Smaller room with private bathroom and entrance from the outside. There is a queen bottom/ long twin top bunk bed. You also have access to an attached laundry room. There is also a small covered porch. There’s a pavilion in the yard with bbq grills and nicely landscaped areas throughout. It’s across the street from the visitor center, post office , and movie theater. You can ride atvs to and from the property to access the alpine loop. Plenty of parking for trailers.

Iron Kettle Cabin w/ all modern amenities!

Our cabin was originally built in the early 1930s. Over the past two years, we've completely restored the space with modern amenities, including all tile bathrooms, a walk-in shower, fully remodeled kitchen, washer & dryer, etc... The back yard cozies up to Lake City Town Park and is great for evening barbecues on the large deck (we have a brand-new Weber grill, too!). The cabin is perfect for 2 couples or young families. A beautiful studio home located in the historic downtown area of Lake City. Close to town park, restaurants, pubs and shopping. OHV access to the Alpine Loop.
