This home away from home is beautiful. I like how it nicely tucked away and allows privacy while vacationing. The home offers several amenities that make the stay even more enjoyable. The hosts are great with communication and friendly. I have already told family about this home and plan to return.

A lovely home for our month long stay! We were very comfortable. It was disappointing the pool and hot tub were not cleaned/serviced during our time, after asking a few times. It was part of the reason we chose this home. The hostess was very responsive and courteous, explaining the problem was an ineffective switch in the pool company. A partial credit was promised and not yet delivered. I will update this review if anything changes. We would gladly stay in this home again and I recommend it fully!

We've stayed at 10 different airbnb's this year and this place was by far the best! From the spacious secluded backyard to the extra amenities throughout the home. We loved spending the holidays here. Their family decorated the place for Christmas to make it feel like a loving home. We come to Austin several times each year and look forward to coming back!

Nelma's home was incredible. It truly exceeded my expectations. It's a space surrounded by nature where you can forget about the hustle and bustle of everyday life! It's also designed to relax and entertain children. I found a place where my daughters, my pet, my sisters, and I could share quality family time and enjoy our free time just a few hours from The Woodlands! We would definitely return. By the way beds were very confortable and main bathroom has a Jacuzzi that can give us a warm and relaxing bobble bath!! Try it!! Tanks you Nelma and Mona!

Lovely place, the backyard is the best part! Our only complaint would be that some of the furniture felt a little old! Otherwise, everything was great!! Super clean bathrooms and kitchen. Great TV, beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you might need to cook! Blake was super responsive and helpful! The check-in process was very easy, and so was the check-out! Would definitely go back!

This house is so pretty! In a prime location and so so comfortable to stay in. We had some trouble figuring out how to warm the hot tub, but MJ was so quick to respond and help us, she even called when I didn’t respond to her message to make sure everything was ok. Everything was super clean and very inviting. We would definitely stay here again!

Very peaceful weekend spent at this spot! There were a few minor issues, but the host’s responsiveness more than made up for them. Caught some nice sized catfish right off the dock! We’d love to come back.

Absolutely loved staying here!!! We had such a relaxing time here for two months. The view off the back is stunning, and the fenced yard is extremely secure. The kitchen has everything you need and then some! The layout of the house is amazing, and I so appreciate the comfortable desk chairs and work stations. Tony is a fabulous host and communicated perfectly. We mentioned that the main bed was getting a bit lumpy (totally usable for us, though) and a new mattress was delivered within a week- incredibly responsive. Super quiet area, very nice neighbors. Wonderfully close to many awesome hiking trails. If I could give the house and host 100 stars, I would. Honestly, just wish we could have stayed longer!

We had an incredible weekend stay at this beautiful home with our group of 15 college friends! The house exceeded our expectations with its spacious layout, perfect for a big group. The outdoor spaces were amazing, with large decks and plenty of seating areas where we could relax and socialize. But what really made our stay stand out was the fantastic selection of games and activities! We spent hours playing table tennis and pickle ball, and the house had everything we needed for a fun and entertaining weekend. We would highly recommend this home to any large group or family looking for a memorable getaway. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Beautiful location with great amenities. We love the BBQ / Rec area.

The place was even better than the pictures. The water level was great, the location is unbeatable and the hosts were so kind to answer any questions and accommodate us as well as possible. I’d recommend this place to anyone that wants to experience the lake/river area 30 min from Austin. We can’t wait to go back with more family!

We really liked the spot. It was as described. Clean, easy instructions, comfortable beds. It was a great place to stay near the lake and near Austin, but not TOO close. Lots of state and county parks to explore. Very quiet as well. We would stay here again without doubt.

We brought the whole family and had a very nice stay. The property is beautiful, relaxing, and quiet. We didn’t have the pool heated, but the double wide hot tub was excellent. We enjoyed the grill and outdoor space, and used the fire pit every night. The house is private, but not far from anything you could need, restaurants and an HEB are 15 minutes away. There were a few maintenance issues that came up the first day, but the team were very responsive to my texts, and Joe the caretaker was very friendly and totally solved our issues. The only quirk I want to mention is the queen bedroom with the metal door can only be accessed by walking through one of the bunk rooms. It didn’t turn in to a huge issue, but it was a surprise based on the description. Perhaps I didn’t read it clearly enough. Also, that metal door couldn’t be fully pulled closed from the outside (in the bunk room). So when people were sleeping in either room and I left the queen room, I couldn’t maintain privacy.

This was an excellent stay! House & location are beautiful (pictures don’t do it justice, it’s even more beautiful in person). Check in and checkout were easy and convenient. Highly recommend!

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal in diesem traumhaften Lake House – und wieder absolut begeistert! Die Aussicht auf den See ist einfach atemberaubend, und so aufzuwachen ist ein echtes Geschenk. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bietet alles, was man für eine entspannte Auszeit braucht. Wir haben die Zeit in vollen Zügen genossen und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Would definitely recommend this place, it’s so beautiful the house the surroundings everything is amazing. And the owners and Jake were very helpful just amazing as well helped us in what ever we need and were very responsive and helpful to even the smallest details. Will definitely be coming back one day and recommending to everyone!!

Wonderful views, very clean, and overall a wonderful place to stay

Immaculate home! Everything was clean, tidy and orderly - easy to enjoy, and easy to clean away when checking out. It truly felt like our own home whilst there. Michael was the perfect host too, responsive when needed, but respected our privacy to enjoy the home. We’ll be back!

I haven't tried many Airbnbs but let me tell you this is by far my favorite!! The house smells relaxing like eucalyptus when you walk in. There are artsy pictures and zen decorations all around. You glide through the open layout on the nice cool modern concrete floors and find a gift bag on the counter. Nothing makes you feel more special than the note and goodies that are inside for you. The entire house is SO well stocked. Joni is thoughtful with the way she has everything. First aid kits, food, cooking gear (lots of it.) I thoroughly enjoyed utilizing the kitchen. Lets not forget about the AMAZING yard where you WILL see deer and other wildlife. It feels like you were planted in the middle of an ecosystem of beautiful creatures because well, you are! You can see the lake from the comfort of the giant patio with tons of seating. . and grillout before heading 8 mins down the road to go Kayaking. I'm obsessed. Thanks Joni for being the most inviting host!!
