Monica was the best host I've met. The communicaton with her was very easy, her response time is super quick. The instructions to go in to home is very clear and she is supporting the instructions with videos. Her place is exactly as it seems on the photos and maybe even more beautiful. The view from the balcony and the terrace is mesmerizing. Neighbourhood was very calm and quiet but it might be because it was off season when I stayed there. Although the neighbourhood is calm, the markets and closest shopping centers are only within 15 minutes driving distance. House is also very close to the Villa Balbianello. The house was very clean, Monica left everything we need in the fridge and kitchen. Lastly she helped us a lot during our stay with her recommendations for restaurants, shops, facilities around the region.

All I've gotta say is that if you are even considering booking this Amazing apartment with one of the Most Spectacularly Magical views of Lake Como just do yourself a favor & Book It! Elena is an incredible host with Amazing communication from start to finish. Elena welcomed us by picking us up from the nearby bus stop & was so kind to get us settled into the Fantastic apartment. The welcome water & snacks were a nice touch after a long day of travel. Unfortunately it rained for the majority of our stay but please know that it was still one of the most beautiful stays ever! The attention to detail like leaving a couple of umbrellas for us to discover just outside the apartment door was extremely thoughful as we explored the nearby town of Lenno that I highly recommend. The apartment is located to walkable yummy local restaurants, grocery store etc. The apartment is nicely equipped with with everything you need & the beds are Super comfy. We hope to return soon!

We've been there for an Easter holiday with our parents, and it was amazing. Paul & Silvia are wonderful, communicative and friendly hosts, their place was great and we have had unforgettable time - beautiful places around Locarno in the first part of the day, and chilling out with picturesque views in the afternoons. Because of multitude of things to see in the area, I recommend visiting by car if only to have freedom of where to go. Also, the town of Agarone has nice walkable paths that we've discovered only too late (these do not show up on Google Maps). All in all, we were very happy with our holiday and would strongly recommend Paul & Silvia as hosts.

Laura's home was lovely -- very clean and comfortable, with spectacular views from every room. It looked just like the photos: charmingly retro, with all the amenities we needed. Laura greeted us warmly and gave us a map of local attractions and eateries, including a bakery right across the street and a coffee shop just up the hill. This was our first visit to Lake Como and we didn't realize how narrow and windy the roads are (we should have arrived before dark -- our fault), but Laura's place was easy to find, just off the main road and not noisy at all. Felt like a slice of heaven.

We had a lovely stay at Il Terrazzino! The hosts were warm and welcoming, and the house was spotlessly clean with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view over the lake was absolutely stunning, and the location was perfect—peaceful, yet just a short drive to everything. We would definitely recommend it and would love to return!

Wir waren mit 2 Familien (9 Personen) dort und hatten ausreichend Platz. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Ausstattung ist funktional und alles Nötige ist vorhanden. Direkt vor der Haustür gibt es einen Volg mit Lebensmitteln für den täglichen Bedarf. Eine Ladestation für E-Autos befindet sich in der Nähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Great place with a fantastic view of the lake! I found everything to be as described with the sauna being an obvious highlight. Due to the house being located at a cul-de-sac, it feels very private (except for the odd rando intrigued by the view or the owner's sister collecting some furniture on Easter weekend). The autobahn is nearby, but its sound doesn't overwhelm that of the cow bells, so no big deal.

Appartement avec une vue superbe sur le lac, en plein centre de Menaggio et à 3min à pied des départs de ferry. Parking sur place très appréciable mais attention pour petite voiture (type SUV ou berline pas possible). Appartement bien équipé, très propre, et calme. Lit bébé et chaise haute mises à disposition par Marco, tout était parfait pour notre séjour avec nos deux filles 4 et 1,5 ans! Marco est un hôte très réactif et disponible. Arrivée autonome par boîte à clés. Si nous devons revenir au lac de Côme, nous séjournons sans aucun doute à nouveau ici!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Je recommande vivement ce airbnb.

Die Unterkunft war super! Der Ausblick war wunderschön. Man sollte mobil sein, in Limonta gibt es nicht viel. Für uns war es jedoch perfekt, weil es ruhig war und man schnell zu den Ausflugszielen gelangen konnte. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Privatstrand, wo man den Tag ausklingen lassen konnte. Die Ausstattung in der Wohnung war hervorragend, es wurde an alles gedacht. Die Kommunikation mit Stefano war reichlich. Er hat viele hilfreiche Anweisungen gegeben. Rundum ein toller Urlaub, den wir sehr genossen haben! Danke!

Moderne schöne Unterkunft, ruhig, gut ausgestattet, schöne Gegend und hilfsbereite Vermieter. See sowie Supermarkt und Bäckerei in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir und unsere Hündin haben uns wohl gefühlt. Kommen gerne wieder!

I took my family came to Lugano to attend a concert, but this accommodation caught my eye, and we stayed here two nights - what a great experience of this beautiful home. The view is spectacular, the host is warm and welcoming, the location is amazing (15 minutes drive to Lugano), the local restaurants are great, I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended. Le logement était grand et avec une super vue directement face au lac. Il y a une petite boulangerie et une supérette pas loin a pied. Le ferry et les lieux touristiques sont facilement accessibles. L’hôte répond très rapidement. Je recommande pour un séjour au calme au lac de Côme!

We verbleven met veel plezier midden tussen de bergen. De baita is gezellig, heeft een heerlijke tuin, bbq, en kachel voor binnen. Onze kinderen (1 en 4 jaar) hebben genoten van het spelen in de tuin. We hebben heerlijke wandeltochten gemaakt. Deze ruimte is echt aan te raden voor wie de stilte en de rust van de bergen zoekt. We waren er begin mei en de temperatuur was heerlijk. Veel zon gehad. De host was heel flexibel rond aankomst en vertrek. Bedankt Emanuele voor de tip op de Passo della Forgalo te lopen. Een adembenemende tocht die naast het huisje begint.

Ein schönes kleines Haus direkt am See. Pure Entspannung mit Sauna und genug Platz zu viert auf dem Sofa zu sitzen. Man ist schnell in der Stadt oder in den Bergen und diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe vorhanden. Liebevoll eingerichtet und gemütlich. Sehr netter Kontakt und einwandfreie Kommunikation.

Our stay at Daru‘s place was just great! It‘s a beautiful house with an amazing view on the lake, quiet, and a very relaxing garden with pool. The house is exactly as described and has everything you need. Daru is an awesome host, very responsive and friendly, and he welcomed us personally. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderbaren Ferienhaus in der freundlichen und ruhigen Gegend sehr genossen! Die Lage direkt am Seeufer ist einfach traumhaft und bietet ungestörten Zugang zum Wasser – ideal für entspannende Tage in der Natur. Das Haus selbst ist liebevoll gestaltet und bietet einen perfekten Rückzugsort. Es ist ein wahres Vergnügen, hier zu entspannen und die Schönheit der Umgebung zu genießen. Insgesamt kann ich dieses Ferienhaus nur wärmstens empfehlen! Es ist der perfekte Ort für alle, die dem Alltag entfliehen und die Natur in vollen Zügen genießen möchten. Ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch!

Das Rustico Ofelia ist ein Traum; abgelegen, ruhig, nah an der Natur, aber dennoch perfekt ausgestattet (im Winter heizt man selber mit 2 Öfen und einem Cheminée; im oberen Stock hat es Bodenheizung). Giulio ist ein sensationeller Gastgeber, freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit bei Fragen erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir sind eine vierköpfige Familie und genossen unsere Ferien in der Casa Lilia sehr. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es ist auch alles vorhanden zum Grillieren. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll Eingerichtet und sauber. Ashley hat wirklich an alles gedacht und uns stets super schnell geantwortet und informiert. Die Umgebung fanden wir einen Traum. Der See ist sehr idyllisch und hinter dem Haus hat es einen Wanderweg zu einem atemberaubendem Aussichtspunkt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell erreichbar und mit dem Bus unweit vom Haus gehts auch schnell nach Lugano. Vielen Dank Ashley, wir hatten eine erholsame Woche und haben uns in deinem Haus schnell wie zu Hause gefühlt.
