Glengyle Farm Old House

130 year old farm house located on the farm Glengyle in the Wartrail farming district of Barkly East. Available is still water trout fishing in winter, a house keeper, this, Wifi and Netflix, pet friendly, swimming pool and a tennis club close by, there about 100 km of hikes, rivers, fishing, runs and biking paths on the roads and mountains in the district. We know how important traveling with dogs 🐶 is. We making the property more and more dog friendly. Had about 20 dogs visit so far.

Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids).

Get the kids exploring the endless mountains and natural sandstone features- they may even spot a bushman painting or two! This is also a great stop-over for travellers doing the Lundeans Nek Pass.

The cottage consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen,lounge and stoep with outside lapa with braai and boma fireplace.
