Unser lichtdurchflutetes, voll ausgestattetes Studio ist ein besonderer Ort zum Ankommen, Abschalten und Wohlfühlen. Direkt vor dem Bungalow plätschert ein Bach, im Garten wartet euer privater Schwimmteich. Der Fuschlsee ist nur 20 Gehminuten entfernt. Umgeben von Natur, Bergen und Seen könnt ihr wandern, baden, radeln oder einfach die Ruhe genießen. Und auch die Salzburger Altstadt ist schnell erreichbar. Genieße die schöne Umgebung dieses romantischen Fleckchens in der Natur an der Stadtgrenze Salzburgs. 2023 erbaute 75qm große Loftwohnung am Bio Bauernhof "Edtgut"! Gemütlich und modern, ganz neu erbaut! Eine eigene sonnige Dachterasse mit 2 Liegen und einem Esstisch für 4 P.! Bad mit Dusche, freistehender Badewanne, großer Kücheninsel voll ausgestattet, 2,40m Kingsize Bett und ein ausziehbares 1,80m Schlafsofa befinden sich im offenen Wohnraum! Das WC und ein Abstellraum sind eigene Räume!

Es bestehen zahlreiche Angebote an Freizeitaktivitäten vom Wandern über Wassersport bis zum nahe gelegenen Golfplatz. Ein nicht umsonst weltweit begehrter Urlaubsort!

Cosy Apartment near Salzburg

Experience the famous city of salzburg and stay in a beautiful country house close to the city. The house is situated in the village of Plainfeld approximately 15 minutes from Salzburg. There is 1 Doublebed and 1 couches available for a total of 3 people. The kitchen is fully equipped. The parking lot is 1 minutes away but you can stop in front of the house to unload your car. I also live in the house but in a separate apartment. I can also give you recommendations on the sights.

Lake Fuschl is 3 km away (7 minutes by car). Salzburg city center is 15 km away (30 minutes by bus or car). IMPORTANT: There is no air conditioning. Local tax must be paid at the apartment ( EUR 3,50 per person per night

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
