The town offers many great boutiques and antique stores. The cottage is a block from famous homes featured in the movies, Hope Floats and The Tree of Life. You can see the Hope Floats house from the porch! Come unwind and enjoy the small-town life!

Your own cozy hide away in historic downtown Smithville, Texas. Private parking and balcony that is on local parade route, where you can enjoy the cool evenings. We offer two beautiful cottages (The Hemingway and The FW) that are located on 50 acres at the end of a dead end road. Surrounded by thousands of privately owned acreage, featuring abundant wildlife (deer, turkey, birdwatchers paradise). This is a working cattle ranch so you can take in sunsets as cattle graze in front of you. Cottages are newly built and fully furnished. Lofts for reading, custom tile showers, outdoor fire pits and lounge area. Cottages are located away from main house.

Beautiful apartment located upstairs in Quonset barn with high ceilings, tall windows offering natural light. Large deck with Weber gas grill and seating to enjoy water features and Natural surroundings. It has a contemporary custom kitchen and bath with steam shower. Cozy living area with a queen sleeper and a nice size bedroom. Downstairs offers a large seating area, half bath, and full size washer and dryer. For warm summer nights, enjoy an outdoor shower.

We have piggies, mini goats, cows, horses, donkeys, and a black lab to say hello to Close to Circuit of the Americas, Bastrop, Austin Airport, and Smithville.

La Grange Country Cabin

Enjoy a stay in our country Texas cabin, surrounded by oak trees, pine trees, and just the sounds of nature. Sit on the porch and enjoy the sounds of the birds singing, or enjoy the use of the covered picnic and fire pit area. And speaking of birds, the binoculars are hanging behind the front door for your use. We have a running list of birds we have seen from the front porch. You can also enjoy our hiking trails throughout the property.

J-A Farm Stop

This is a perfect place to spend for an overnight stay or a short trip. The reason for this is because there is no kitchen, only a small fridge and microwave. The breeze way in between the guest suite and the main house is shared with owners but you will have total privacy in the guest suite which is separate from the main house. Our super friendly pups on the property love to greet everyone! NO Cleaning Fee!
