Had visited the place for 2 nights with my wife and dog, the place is exactly the way it was described and is in a peaceful and private location. Its recommended you have your own private vehicle to get around as the place is little more than 1km away from highway/ main road. There are restaurants around to go and eat food, one restaurant food can get delivered to the stay by the caretaker. Caretaker Deepak is very helpful and responsive. Overall i loved the place and would consider booking again if i am around again. Thanks to Nikhil and Deepak for making our stay memorable and peaceful.

My stay at this property has been exceptionally pleasant, with all essential amenities thoughtfully provided. The house is a gem—remarkably clean and serene—ideally located near excellent restaurants, beautiful beaches, and renowned temples. I would also like to extend my sincere appreciation to the host, Nidhi, who took outstanding care of us and promptly addressed all our needs. If you are someone who loves to be in nature this place is for you. The house is surrounded by trees, touched by river & its blissful sound all day long. The hosts are amazing. They sent someone to pick us up, so finding property was super easy. As soon as we reached Mr. Rajput welcomed us with a big smile & roses. He briefed us about the property. Sitting by the river was the most blissful part of our stay. Rooms are clean & have everything you need during the stay. Rooms have view of the river. The food was homemade, Organic & Delicious. Hosts made us feel at home. I recommend booking this stay, 100% you wont regret :)

we booked the cottage but then decided to go for the main villa. Ms Nandita was kind enough to consider our request at short notice. The place itself is a rustic beauty. The charm of being isolated and the feel of having a house and then garden and then the beach was fully lived at this property. The view from balcony or having your meal sitting by the pool area was soulful. The place is isolated but then that's the charm of this place. Being in the midst of nature and yet a luxurious stay to live at. It's not just the villa but the experience that comes along as you don't feel the need to step out. The beach itself is clean beautiful and amongst the lesser known marvels. Special mention for caretaker Ram and his family who make you feel at home and are so courteous. Visit this place for the unique experience one might get. It's far from the market or the noise of city and that's what makes this place special. Already planning for next visit soon. 2 nights stay wasn't enough.

I had an amazing stay at this place! Prajwal was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with throughout my entire stay. The property was as specific as mentioned like cleanliness, comfort. Prajwal ensured my comfort and make my trip enjoyable. I would highly recommend their place to anyone and would gladly stay there again.

We had a great stay -the apartment was very comfortable, spacious and with an amazing view from the balcony. Advait as a host was very responsive and friendly, giving us great tips on what to do and good places to eat. His father kindly lent us some birding books - we were able to do birdwatching from the balcony and even saw an Asian Paradise Flycatcher early in the morning. We would definitely recommend this place, thank you Advait!

Our stay was absolutely beautiful. The place had a very calm and peaceful vibe, exactly what we were looking for to escape the usual daily routine. The host was extremely helpful and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. From the surroundings to the cozy setup, everything was perfect and added to the overall experience. If you're looking for a quiet and refreshing getaway, this is definitely the place to be. Highly recommended and would love to visit again!
