Stan se nalazi na jednoj od najatrkativnij lokacija u Podgorici. U blizini stana su locirane ambasade Kine, Turske i Madjaraske. Centar grada je na udaljenosti od 1 km, najveci shoping mall centar na udaljenosti od 1.5km. U neposrednoj blizini, na svega 50m se nalazi najatraktivnije setaliste brdo Ljubovic, okruzeno borovom sumom i koja je najpoznatija setacka zona u Podgorici. Stan se nalazi na svega 9 km do aerodroma. U blizini stana su takodje locirani brojni supermarketi, restorani i barovi.

Apartmant Mareta III is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, cable TV, air conditioner , unique rustic kitchen, microwave and fridge.

Podgorica airport is 40 km, and Tivat 100km far away from property. Sea is 90 min far away from house, also a mountains. It is ideal if you want to explore whole country.

We are the perfect starting point for all your adventures if you are planning an active vacation because with us you can hire a guide for hiking tours, sightseeing and visiting places hidden in the heart of our village, as well as book rafting or canyoning in season. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. Great place to stay and rest. Best place in Niksic, just 10 min from center of city and 1 min walk from forested hill (fresh air and good for walk) . Flat is on the second floor of house. It has nice garden and it's quite and peaceful place. There is market and restaurant very near from house (5 min walking distance)
