Kinloch Lake House

Located in a quiet cul de sac, just a short walking distance to the lake. A two story home with a large open area upstairs offering a sofa, one queen and one double bed. Downstairs, there are two double bedrooms, with queen beds and a smaller bedroom with a double bed. A modern kitchen, dinning and lounge with ranch sliders onto the deck. A separate shower, toilet, hand basin/vanity and laundry. Lovely decks, outdoor furniture, BBQ and large pizza oven/outdoor fireplace. Fenced x 3 sides.

Location, location, location. A peaceful paradise with stunning views of beautiful lake Taupo and Mount Tauhara. A treasured home with a very warm and welcoming vibe - lots of unique features. The location is brilliant, overlooking Acacia Bay’s popular swimming and kayaking bay. Walk to the water in two minutes. The boat ramp is a short two min drive and we are seven minutes by car to Taupo township. The perfect spot for your next break. The views are amazing! A special Kiwi experience!

Calida's Cosy Cottage

A 5mins drive from town or the lake or a 15mins walk to either. The entire home and garden are yours to enjoy. If cosy, private, quiet and a 'Home Away From Home' are what you are looking for, this small, 2-bedroom gem is it. Suitable for a maximum of two adults, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen, 2 comfy queen beds, Smart TV, bose speaker, sun deck, coffee machine and a roaring fire each evening. Off-street parking for 2 vehicles. Rear entrance is covered so you and your gear remain dry.

Newly decorated, studio unit, situated close to Taupo town, walking distance to shops & restaurants. Fully fenced, with off street parking. A lockable space for 2 pushbikes. Private & self-contained, our studio is cozy when you want to stay in, and easy to come back to when you've been out sightseeing or at the Lake or hot pools. The heat pump & double glazed windows will keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer. There's everything you need here for a great stay in our lovely town.

A quiet, cosy, two bedroom, centrally heated unit. Enjoy the large geothermal hot pool. A full sized pool table, smart tv, wifi. A small kitchenette to prepare light meals and snacks, plus a small, private cottage garden to enjoy native birds and trees. Taupo is 50 minutes drive from our home. We are in easy reach of some of NZ's' most stunning hikes. An Easy 35 minutes to Whakapapa ski field and Tongariro Crossing, plus local river walks, supermarket and eateries 10 mins. Situated down a quiet cul de sac in the Bird Area suburb of Taupo. Cosy, downstairs 1 bedroom guest suite with seperate bathroom, kitchenette (see extra note in the space) and private outside courtyard. Centrally located and only a 5 min gentle walk to the lake front and a further 15 mins to the town centre. Parking on shared driveway. Seperate access and entrance from the main house. Myself and my 2 young sons live upstairs so you may occasionally hear some noise (see details in the space)e

Turangi is an adventurer's paradise year round and many complete the Tongarario Alpine Crossing as it’s about the closest accommodation you will find.

Situated close to the town centre, lake front, hospital and within easy commute to the Taupo motorsport park. Take a 5min stroll to our popular bar/restaurant or grab a takeaway and finish the evening with a soak in the hot pool.

Cosy Cottage Retreat Motuoapa

Welcome to our little part of paradise, fully self contained cosy cottage, with off street parking, 5 minutes walk to the local marina and lake, stopping off for brekkie or lunch at the local cafe. For those fisherpeople you will be 10 to 20 minutes drive from world class trout/fly fishing spots. Turangi is 10 minutes drive south, with great cafes and restaurants, 40 minutes to Mt Ruapehu for fabulous skiing and the Sky Waka. Turangi is the hub for the adventure tourism activities.

We would love to welcome you to our exceptional John Scott home/apartment (with radiators!). John Scott is one of NZ’s premier architects and is renowned for designing unique buildings. Our home doesn’t disappoint and we are excited to share it with the Air BnB community. A self contained wing of our home sits in a tranquil spot. A five minute drive or a stroll along the lakefront will get you into town. We’re a few minutes walk from the Botanical Gardens and the lakefront :-)

Lochside retreat

Located just a 5-minute walk to the lake in the heart of Kinloch Village. An inviting fireplace offers cozy warmth on chilly evenings. A King-sized bed with crisp linens and plush pillows awaits. Two Sliding doors open to a private deck (can be enclosed) with a kitchen (hotplate, pot, frypan, coffee machine, tea, and milk in a small fridge), fireplace, private bathroom, and a stunning view from the outdoor bath and shower (hot water). Note: We have bees in close proximity :)
