There is remote access and off street parking for 1 vehicle. Double cab bakkies with a tow hitch don’t fit when there’s 2 cars parked in - where on street parking is generally safe in our quiet neighbourhood. Nahoon Beach and river is 1.5km, Spar and restaurants 500m away.

On a quiet, beautiful tree lined road in the heart of Vincent Garden's is The Courtyard. We offer paved off street parking behind your own electric gate, separate entrance & private courtyard. Perfectly formed with a kitchenette & en-suite. We've used only 100% cotton bedding for a luxurious and restful nights sleep. With essentials like Netflix and free Wifi you are sure to be very comfortable during your stay.

The accommodation unit consists of a lounge area and en-suite bedroom with a separate entrance to that of the main house. A small kitchenette with a fridge, kettle, microwave is included. (there is no kitchen) Max. 2 people. The house is situated in the quiet Sunrise-on-Sea suburb within walking distance of the sea. It is approx 20 minutes drive from the East London CBD and 35 minutes drive from the airport.
