Open plan, 2-level apartment connected by the staircase - living room/kitchen/bathroom (down) bedroom and terrace (up), in a Mravince, old village near Split, with a panoramic view of Split, the sea and the islands, and the surrounding mountains. Bear in mind that wide-angled taken photos make space look bigger than it actually is, especially lower floor, but since space is for 2 persons, you won't really need more than it has (lower floor cca 30m2, upper floor cca 20-25m2, balcony cca 14 m2).

Come enjoy our beautiful holiday home “A Sight To Sea” finished in 2023. We built, planned and furnished it with a lot of love to make it a cozy second home and we hope you will love it as much as we do. Give yourself the rest you deserve, relaxing on one of the terraces or in the pool with a memorable view. Over 800m2 are yours. With a big living area, an open kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, pool area, garden and car park, the house has space for up to 10 people. Each room is air conditioned.

Kuća na osami - puna privatnost - grijani bazen

Ova kuća se nalazi u mirnom okruženju, izvan grada ali u njegovoj blizini. Panoramski pogled omogućit će vam opuštanje kako bi zaboravili na užurbani život u gradu te na buku i stres koje gradovi donose. Kuća se nalazi na zemljištu od 1500 m2, a od najbližeg susjeda je udaljena 100 m što vam omogućava punu privatnost. Ispred kuće uz privatni, grijani, panoramski bazen, dostupan od početka travnja do kraja listopada, nalaze se prostrane uređene, otkrivene i natkrivene terase. Parking slobodan.

This Penthouse Apartment is the perfect place for every season. DELUX 2 bedrooms Apartment near SPLIT - GOGA

Our big appartment has two bedrooms with king size bed and two single beds, huge wardrobe adn storage place, big balcony with beautiful view at the sea, kitchen, bathroom, TV, WIFI. There is a free parking in front of the house. Beach is two minutes driving from the house. Split is 10 minutes driving from the house. There are a lot of restaurants, sports content and all other activities that you can imagine! Nature around the house is amazing and one of a kind.
