An old, fenced in and FULLY AIRCONDITIONED country house with a touch of country flair,soul and charming details. It is surrounded with flowers and greeness. It is very much loved, cherished and I hope you will feal just like at home. Take a look at our amenities. The pool area is spacious and hidden from all the looks. Groceries shop is near. Every year we invest into something new so it is very well equipped. Daily pet fee 20 eur per pet to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Villa Mediterana

Villa Mediterana is located on the beautiful island of Krk. It is only few kilometers away from the nearest beach. The villa offers space for 7 people in 3 bedrooms. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden and a private pool. There is also a covered terrace with a large table and a grill. There are two double rooms and one triple room on the first floor. The house has underfloor heating and all rooms are air conditioned. Each room has a television with a satellite receiver.

V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.

The stable is a luxury stone villa intended for accommodating 4-6 persons. It contains two triple bedrooms with bathrooms and in the glasshouse a spacious living room and a dining room with kitchen. Next to the stable there is a terrace with a barbecue, and in the intimate part of the yard an outdoor pool is settled for moments of your relaxation.
