We had a wonderful stay in Calicut. The property was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near the beach. The host Ms Serene and care taker Mr Benny were friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Joby was very proactive and responsive for all our queries and request , really great place to stay

You drive for hours and enter this beautiful living room with the perfect blend of peace and rich color theme. Of course before checking the bedroom, you head to the balcony with the sea view and trust me it is the most breath taking view I have seen in a long time.. Rooms are well maintained, great furniture to rest in the the living and ding area or chill out in the balcony. Bathrooms are spotlessly clean. sheets and towels are fresh. Extra pillows and blankets in the cupboards. kitchen equipped enough with required utensils. Dedicated car parking. in short it felt like a home I would love to have one day.. Great food options right below the building. Lastly Aswin responds within seconds and is super sweet. The caretaker understands hindi and is very helpful. If you are travelling from non Malayalam speaking region, better to converse in hindi rather than English, with the caretaker, gatekeeper and infact with people throughout the city (just a personal experience) thanks Aswin

The location was convenient, the accommodation was clean and comfortable.

We were greeted by the host's representative on arrival. The place was clean and tidy. We were able to prepare break fast every morning. All utensils were provided. There is a mini mart on the ground floor where all groceries, vegetables and milk is available. Also there is a Cafe on the same floor. Hilite mall is located in walking distance from the apartment. The only drawback worth mentioning is the noise pollution from the road works. Thanks to Ravab for hosting us.

The apartment is located near the famous restauarnts like Amma, Rehmat and Paragon (Driving Distance between 10 Mins) . The apartment is clean and AC were working properly and the caretaker (brother of host) is a nice person who helped us in recommending good restaurants and was kind enough to plan a small sapplimg that we bought from the previous city as our tradition during our 30 day Kanyakumari to Kashmir Road trip.
