We can offer you long walking paths around the house, visiting our animals, trying our home made products and so one. Our family is a big fan of rural lifestyle and agriculture. We are all engaged in the cultivation of agricultural products and homemade food. If you are looking for a quite family place, a place to rest, you are welcome. The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.

Uživajte u prekrasnom ambijentu ovog luksuznog smještaja u prirodi s panoramskim pogledom. Stone House Baracchi je stara kamena kuća u potpunosti renovirana 2023. Ispred kuće nalazi se veliki bazen dužine 14,50 metara i površine 65 m2. Kuća ima okućnicu od 5500 m2. Prva plaža nalazi se na udaljenosti od 10 km, dok se turističko središte Rabac s prekrasnim plažama nalazi na udaljenosti od 20 km.
