Fantastisches Apartment direkt am Meer

Lehne dich zurück genieße den phantastischen Ausblick und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft. Das Apartment befindet sich im Erdgeschoss mit großzügiger Terrasse in erster Reihe am Meer. Es stehen 2 Fahrräder zur Benutzung zur Verfügung und laden zu einer schönen Radtour an der Küste ein. Die vorhandene Gasfeuerstelle ladet förmlich zu einem gemütlichen Abend auf der Terrasse ein. Für die Kinder oder auch Erwachsene steht bei schlechtem Wetter eine Nintendo WiiU parat.

This villa is located directly on the beach. The house consists of 5 bedrooms, living room with dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bathrooms, roof terrace with jacuzzi for five person, sauna and gym. All rooms are air-conditioned and two rooms have a private bathroom. The house has a small tennis court, a football field and children playground.Our guests have private parking, free WiFi and barbecue. All contents are private.

Apartment for four persons has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen and sea view balcony. Apartment is in our family house, only 15 minutes light walk to the town center. Famous Zrce beach is 15 minutes away by car (22km) and Zadar is 45 minutes (50km) away by car. Price includes private parking, air-conditioning, bed linen, towels, unlimited WiFi, SAT/TV, cleaning fee and local tourist tax.

The View ist ein zwei Familienhaus mit dem Strand vor der Haustüre, einem horizonfreien Weitblick und den schönsten Sonneuntergängen auf der Dachterasse mit einem 180 grad Panorama. Sehr modern eingerichtet mit viel Luxus wie Boxspringbetten, vollwertiger Küche, zwei Bädern, Klima in allen Zimmern und vielem mehr. Erstvermietung Sommer 2022. Urlaub von dem mam träumt.
