Ilios House in Rhodes Old Town!

Ilios House Is ideally located right inside the medieval old town of Rhodes in a quiet and sun filled place, just a few meters away from the central port of Rhodes and about 100m away from the old town’s market place. The house was bought and renovate in 2005 under the provision of archaeological department of Rhodes because of it's historical value. Rebuilt with new modern appliances in the unique traditional style of the area because of the Surrounding by the Byzantine Church of Saint Fanourios ,the Temple of Panagia Bourgou and the Medieval Moat.The ground floor includes a living room with aged mosaic floor, comfortable kitchen with refrigerator ,microwave ,cooking area and a washing machine, coffee maker, toaster etc and an inspiring bathroom. The first floor is the place of the bedroom in which at least four persons can sleep comfortably. The house is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils, towels , bedding ,hair dryer, iron, and boards, tv, dvd, wireless internet connection for your laptop. Is great for a couple and also for families with 2 adults & 2 - 3 kids,and for adults company or teenagers company. Just a few meters away from the building , is a place for free parking, a mini market and public playground as well many traditional Greek Tavernas and International restaurants, cafes and other entertainment places , museums etc. Also you can go daily on trips to other Dodecanese islands or to other beaches in Rhodes . Together with the Ilios Apartment next door we can accommodate up to 7 persons

Amarilia House

Amarilia House has 3 fully air-conditioned bedrooms. There are 2 double bedded rooms as well as one room with twin beds. Also there is a bathroom with a bathtub. The property offers an open plan kitchen, fully equipped for any meal preparation and a comfortable living area with the sofa and the sitting areas, there is also a double sofa bed. Outdoors, there’s the beautiful private swimming pool with its sunbeds. Also, there’s an incredible sitting area and BBQ facilities to enjoy a gathering with your friends or your family. Amarilia house is ideally located in a wonderful natural setting, with lush grass and blooming flowers. The main courtyard offers the possibility of complete relaxation while enjoying the panoramic view. It should be noted that the owners also live in the same building occasionally to take care of the garden and the pool, which are private without access to anyone other than the guests. The area is very quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. It’s a great place for guests who want to rest away from the noise of the city. We kindly ask all visitors to respect this calm environment and help keep the peaceful atmosphere during their stay.
