The unit has been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, carpets cleaned while in lock down so you should feel safe to stay here. It is situated in a quiet court in Melbourne's south eastern suburbs. It has a separate lounge room, dining room and features one double and one twin bedroom, bathroom with a bath and a walk in shower, a fully equipped kitchen, separate laundry. Updated light filled apartment in quiet residential street. Super convenient location to shops, cafe and parks. This unit is free standing, and is privately tucked away at the rear of our home. Public transport including tram, train and bus a short walk away. We are located just one train stop to Caulfiled Monash University, and a short bus ride to bus interchanges at Chadstone Shopping Centre and Oakleigh. Parking is freely available on the street with no time restrictions in place.
