Kodai Santhi Villa - First Floor

Santhi Villa is the perfect choice for travelers who prefer to spend their time experiencing nature and cold temperature. Rooms have mind blowing views of mountains and sunrise. The Villa is ideal for family and friends who want to stay away from the hustle and buzzle of noisy city, the Villa is not away from Kodai town yet not cramped with tourists. The villa has ground and first floor. This listing is for the first floor which is 3 BHK. Pls note there may be another group on the ground floor.

Akkandi Veedu is a charming boutique stay in the heart of Kodaikanal, offering four cozy villas with contemporary interiors and park views. Just 10 mins from the lake, it invites you to enjoy peaceful strolls at Chettiar Park right across. Tariff includes a homestyle 2-course South Indian breakfast (tea/coffee extra). There are two car parkings; if occupied, guests can park in front where ample space is available. Note: water heaters work only on EB power; UPS supports lights & charging.

Alpine Abode Stay

This A-frame, 3-bedroom house is on a quiet street in Vilpatti, just 6 km from the central Kodaikanal. With nearly three-quarters of the front built with glass, the living room offers amazing views of the serene mountains. The house features a beautiful, extensive patio, a mini library, comfortable work seating, and a fully functional kitchen, making it perfect for families with kids. The sunrise view, with rays falling on the mountains, is best enjoyed from the first floor.

Mistover mountain cottage with great views

A cosy, open plan cottage for independant travellers with a loft bedroom, living room, lounge space with a large built-in bed. Enjoy your coffee or lunch on the balcony or picnic bench outside with its stunning views. Food is not provided: this is a self-contained retreat with a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. End of the road villa - Ground floor

If you're looking for a cosy refuge, from the city, away from the crowds and the noise, yet, not too isolated... a comfortable distance from civilisation... a home away from home, read on... It's ideal for people looking for a break. A place you can come relax ...and just be. Our place is close to great views. It's got nice outdoors space and comfy beds. There is fresh home cooked food available at the property on advance notice. Swiggy and zomato alo deliver here.

Arjuna's homestay!

Located near Anjeeveedu village 45 minutes from Kodaikanal town, this is a spacious 3 bedroom house with valley views. Please note the location marker on Airbnb is misleading, do not attempt to reach without inquiring with me. We are isolated when it comes to restaurants & alcohol shops, and the road leading to the property is not in good condition and needs to be taken carefully. However all models of cars/bikes can reach. Food is included.

Serene, cosy cottage with Views

This is a cosy and homely cottage located in one of the high points of Kodai. It boasts of 2 bedrooms and a large functional kitchen. The highlight of this house is a enclosed sun room where you can soak up the morning sun and watch an enchanting sunrise. There is also a beautiful front yard and backyard. Please do note that we do not allow parties or group of men or boys to book this stay. Thanks for understanding.

Cheerful 3 bedroom, Residential home.

This cheerful 3 bedroom cottage with attached bathrooms, a large gazebo with powder room and an indoor fireplace is located next to the Kodaikanal Golf course. The house comes with a fully fitted kitchen where you can cook your own meals. An onsite caretaker can assist you to procure essentials. Maid , cook and housekeeping is available daily at an extra charge.
