Welcome to our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom country getaway. We are minutes from the historic village of Schoharie and 45 minutes from the Capital Region and Cooperstown. We offer scenic views, lawn access around the air bnb, outside seating and parking (two cars). Our air bnb comes fully stocked with towels, linens, toiletries, hair dryer, kitchenware, 55’ smart TV, pack n play and portable high chair. There are 13 steps to enter air bnb. GUEST MUST BE ABLE TO CLIMB THE STAIRS WITHOUT ASSISTANCE.

🔨 Heads up: We’re currently making improvements to the property and there’s a chance of construction activity nearby on weekdays between 8am–4pm for the next few months. Misty Isle Acres

Our homestead, Misty Isle Acres, is our little imperfect oasis, nestled within the beautiful Helderberg hilltowns of Albany county. Our in-law apartment contains a bedroom, full bathroom, and living room with TV (inc. Netflix & Disney+), DVD player, and futon. There is an enclosed porch and deck, complete with tables, chairs, and grill. We also have a large pond and woods to explore. Please note, this is a working homestead; the grass isn't always mowed and sometimes there are animal smells.

Our cottage is located in an idyllic mountain setting surrounded by spectacular & breathtaking views. The 7 acre property boasts a serene pond stocked with koi, carp & gold fish that can be viewed from the wrap-around porch. Our unique lodging is designed to provide a relaxing experience for 2-4 guests, with a focus on minimizing our environmental impact and supporting local ecological farming. (There are currently NO animals on the farm, as this is primarily a nut tree farm.) Our dome offers a breathtaking view of our 171-acre agroforestry land, hills and ponds, allowing you to truly connect with the natural beauty of the region.
