Looking for a relaxing getaway? This is the place for you! Hang out in the Hot Tub and then watch a movie on the 65inch 4K Tv. This house has a fully furnished kitchen with a coffee bar and all the basic cookware you need. Every bedroom has a smart TV and an incredibly comfortable memory foam matress for the best night sleep you’ve ever had. This stay is less than 10 minutes from downtown, and if you walk across the street to Harby’s you can grab some of the best pizza in Knoxville!

Enjoy a comfortable stay at this fully renovated bungalow close to downtown and UT campus. The house has three bedrooms and one bath, a fenced-in backyard with a fire pit. If you are coming to activities at the University of Tennessee or downtown, the house is In a perfect location. It is only a 5-minute drive to Market Square, Old City, and the University of Tennessee campus. Additionally, the third bedroom is outfitted for families and is stocked with children books and toys.

The Knoxville Little House is a recently converted 380 square-foot structure. Half of the house contains a kitchen and living space and the other half contains the bedroom and bath/laundry. This cute little house is perfect for a single guest or couple and one child. We are located in a quiet neighborhood with access to I 75 and downtown Knoxville within minutes. Enjoy the many things to see and do in and around Knoxville and then come back and relax in our little dwelling.

Artsy getaway NEAR DOWNTOWN!

This adorable house built in 1910 has been redone for the perfect artsy getaway! You can ride an electric scooter back and forth from Downtown, or stay closer to home and check out breweries, coffeeshops, and local restaurants. We’ve left a list of all our favorite spots at the air bnb. Free yoga class on Sundays at 11 am at Ebony and Ivory brewery for any booking! NO PARTIES. NO PETS ALLOWED. We love animals, but unfortunately they are not allowed at the air bnb.

A peaceful, quaint, and laid back area of South Knoxville that will let you relax and getaway. A short 10-15 minute drive to the airport. It is located 10-15 minutes from downtown and UT so you can experience all downtown has to offer or just go to the games. If outdoors is more your thing it is only about 5-10 minutes away from I C King Park and 10-15 minutes away from Ijams and the greenways both places offer the finest biking and hiking trails.
