It includes living room, kitchen, full bath, upstairs sleeping nook and camping on 20 acres of privacy. Updated apartment is on the ground level of a beautiful quiet ranch home. Located in a coinvent neighborhood in South Knox and includes all basic necessities for the kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom to feel at home. It is private with all provided amenities and no shared spaces, but owner's do live upstairs. Guests have dedicated parking by the entrance. WIFI provided. Walk to Baker Creek park, SoKno taco, 7 minute drive to Ijams and downtown, 3 minute drive to Sevier Ave breweries

Blue Bird Bungalow . Visit and enjoy this completely renovated 1921 Bungalow built for Miss Amy Glenn. The restoration kept the original charm of the bungalow cottage, but added fun and modern conveniences with charm. It has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two with fabulously tiled walk in showers and one with the original claw foot tub restored beautifully. Large and very functional kitchen with Five Star gas range, butcher block and marble counters. Working fireplaces.

Enjoy the fire-pit, hot tub, king beds and huge screened-in porch before you hit downtown, or never leave and sink into the high quality beds. Family friendly, stocked kitchen and amenities galore. Guest remark on the cleanliness and small touches. Please Note~There are no added cleaning fees or pet fees. Guests love the large yard, ability to move the living room furniture around to suit their needs, and the games and books. The kitchen is well stocked as well. There are two outdoor areas with seating and smoking is allowed outside. The RV or Boat parking is a bonus. Check ahead for availability. There is a large, padlocked storage shed for bikes and gear.

Knoxville Hobby House

Built in 2017 this craftsman style house has all new furnishings including top of the line kitchen appliances, king and queen beds, twin bed, toddler bed, PacknPlay for infants, two twin-size floor mattresses, a large sectional couch in the TV room, leather couch with power recliners in the sunroom and an Amish built large dining room table. Spacious yard and creek. Newly added landscaping with a fish pond surrounded by bird feeders. Park in attached garage.
