Lovingly converted industrial building with rich history, in the Yorkshire village of Clayton West, on the edge of the Peak District National Park. The surrounding countryside is very peaceful and quiet. The flat is self-contained, with an entry hall with kitchen, a shower room with toilet and a bed-sitting room. The whole place is wonderfully light and airy with large windows and high ceilings. Free off-road parking, fast WiFi, complimentary coffee & tea. Bedding and towels are provided.

Yingyangpad - wheelchair/accessible accommodation

WELCOME Built in 2019 under the guidance of a wheelchair using friend we have provided most, but not all, of the facilities to suit our less mobile visitors, although everyone is more than welcome to stay with us. It is styled around a rustic theme and is located around 5 miles (8km) from the A1 and 3 miles (5km) from the M62 motorways, with good road/rail links from 3 local stations and a bus terminus. All our guests have the full private use of the detached annexe during their stay.

Our comfortable and inviting annex is sited over a converted 200 year old barn and situated in the quiet courtyard of Rose Cottage. This one bedroom accommodation has central heating, a kitchen complete with modern appliances, a separate lounge area with a Smart TV. DVD player (with a selection of DVDs) and free WiFi. The double bedroom has a multi-award winning Emma Original mattress, a Smart TV and en suite bathroom with toilet, wash basin and shower complete with toiletries and towels.

This 2 Bed Apartment is a beautiful modern 'home away from home' with all useful amenities. Chantry Waters apartment is centrally located, close to the centre of Wakefield, The Hepworth Gallery, Tileyard North, River Calder & Canal walking and cycling trails. The Yorkshire Sculpture park is 15 mins by car. The apartment comes with secure garaged parking. We are 7 minutes walk away from Wakefield Kirkgate train station. The apartment is deep cleaned before each use.
