Set in our garden alongside a thatched Grade 2 listed house. With its own small patio/garden. Perfect to catch the sun, unwind and enjoy an outdoor meal or a glass of whatever is your fancy. This Somerset hamstone cottage is a 3-minute walk to the village centre which oozes life with butchers, bakers, pub, deli, greengrocers and lots more.

We offer a recently built, self contained detached annexe in a quiet, rural cul de sac in the heart of south Somerset. Perfectly suited for one, the property includes kitchen, shower room + wc and bedroom with sat tv. The village of South Petherton has excellent amenities offering a host of shops together with two restaurants and a welcoming local pub. We also have good transport links (A303) to Yeovil, Taunton, Bristol etc and are only a 30 minute drive from the delightful Jurassic Coast.

The Dorset World Heritage Coast, Lyme Regis and West bay are just a 35 mins drive away.

A unique spacious shepherds hut ,full of character with a personal touch. There is a double bed and wood burning stove.Positioned in a secluded area, with your own private space, in our garden behind our listed house in the attractive ham stone village of Martock. A private rural setting but with all the facilities of the village within walking distance. We have a dog and some hens .

Self Contained Annexe Minutes From Montacute House

Situated on the outskirts of the beautiful village of Montacute. We are blessed to have the Elizabethan Montacute House of Wolf Hall fame which is considered a masterpiece of Renaissance architecture. The house’s long gallery is the longest of its kind in England and displays Tudor and Elizabethan portraits loaned by the National Portrait Gallery.
