Our apartment sits right on the shores of Lough Conn in the heart of County Mayo, offering breathtaking views across the water and islands, with Nephin Mountain as your backdrop. Set on a private and secluded lakeside property, you can stroll along our sandy beach, wander through woodlands, reconnect with nature, swim in the lake, cast a line, or make friends with our donkeys. Complete with a private hot tub, sauna and private jetty to have a dip. A perfect base for touring the west of Ireland.

Castlerea and Ballaghaderreen are 15 minutes away, with shops, pubs, and restaurants. Knock Airport is also 15 minutes away. Ideal for day trips to Westport, Sligo, Galway, and Carrick-on-Shannon, Lake View House is a perfect base for exploring or relaxing.

My place is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, fishing trips, families (with kids), and big groups. Situated in the Irish countryside, this spacious home offers an escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. For two years, it was my little nest and I’m hoping to find someone who would like to enjoy this space while I am traveling. It comes with many amenities including strong WiFi and phone signal and a new alarm system. Located 10 minutes drive from Knock Airport and 7 minutes to the nearest supermarket. Long term stays preferred.
