Gemütliche Hütte zum Entspannen! Die Hütte hat 45m² Wohnfläche, eine Terrasse, 1000m² Garten,Lagerfeuerstelle,.... Wanderweg,Mountainbike Strecke läuft direkt an der Hütte vorbei! nächste Hütte am Berg ca.35min zu Fuß entfernt Ort St.Gotthard 800m mit Gasthaus Ort Texing ca.3km mit Bäcker,Tankstelle,Adeg Markt,Cafe,Gasthaus,Pizzeria,..... Es sind am Grundstück von meiner Imkerei K(r)asser Bio Honig ein paar Bienenvölker untergebracht, wodurch es auch die Möglichkeit bei der Arbeit zuzuschauen!

Historic apartment in the old town of Stein

Accommodation: Our historic house from the 15th century is located in a quiet location in the old town of Krems / Donau-Stein. The approx. 30m2 apartment is located directly in Stein's old town - an ideal location for a visit to the various museums close by or a day trip with one of the many ships up the Danube valley - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition, the vibrant city centre of Krems with its coffee shops, confectionaries and bars and the Campus Krems are within walking distance.

Wohnen „mitten im Feld“

unsere kleine 60m2 wohnung bietet dir von der innenausstattung alles was du brauchst - neben einem großartigen ausblick auf unseren hausberg, den ötscher (1898m), aber auch in die idyllische landschaft des mostviertels. durch die fenster, die direkten blick auf die benachbarten felder und wälder freigeben… unsere lage ist einerseits sehr ruhig, am dorfrand von wieselburg-land, andererseits sind es zur westautobahnauffahrt ybbs nur 5 km. die umgebung bietet ein abwechslungsreiches programm!

Auszeit vom Alltag

Es sind ALLE willkommen!! Komfort und Entpannung im BLOCKHAUS auf der Waldlichtung. Auch Hunde sind herzlich Willkommen. Frühstück ist im Preis inkludiert. Für NÖ-Card Besitzer, aber auch ohne Card, liegen wir sehr zentral zu diversen Ausflugszielen wie Sonnentor, Arche Noah, Kittenberger Erlebnisgärten uvm.. Wintersperre von 7.1. bis Februar. Februar bis Osterferien eingeschränkter Betrieb. Das Haus lebt, daher sind Geräusche (zb Holzwurm) und Tierbesuch (zB Marienkäfer)möglich.

Granary on a Lamafarm

Our place is an (300yr) old granary, taken down from the mountains and rebuilt here at Lamawanderland with lots of love! You'll find yourself in the middle of the countryside on a farm we like to think of as a Peaceful but quirky place, inviting a sense of relaxation and homeliness. Our region "the Mostviertel" is located in the beautiful foothills of the Alps, where fantastic hiking and biking routes are easily accessible by car. Stift Melk and the Wachau region are also close by.

The apartment is located in the heart of Waidhofen an der Ybbs, the pearl of the Ybbstal, and is the ideal starting point for an adventure. Waidhofen captivates with a charming old town and beautiful surroundings in the foothills of the Alps, perfect for hiking, biking (Ybbstal bike path) and unwinding. Enjoy the cozy apartment in the listed house in the city center - view of the Ybbs river included. In summer you can cool off in the bathing area in front of the house.

Mikrohaus in Krems-Süd

Auf Grund der positiven Erfahrungen als Airbnb Hosts, haben wir 2020-2022 den kleinsten Stadl auf unserem Grundstück in ein Tinyhouse umgebaut. Wir haben alles selbst geplant und gebaut und hoffen, dass unsere Gäste sich wohlfühlen und die Zeit in Krems und der Wachau genießen werden! Auf wenigen qm, bietet das kleine Haus alles was man für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt braucht. Bezaubernde Terrasse inkludiert! Herzlich Willkommen!
