The living room, balcony, kitchen and bathroom are located on the lower level. 2 bedrooms are located at the mezzanine level. The outside terrace is directly on the water oriented to the south. 15min drive to Thun.

Das Chalet Bärenegg ist wunderbar in die Landschaft der Berner Seen- und Bergwelt eingebettet. Drinnen ist es klein mit wenig Stauraum, dafür hat es draussen hübsche Nischen zum verweilen: zwei Sitzplätze mit BBQ, Aussensauna und für die Kleinsten Wiese, Sandkasten und Rutschbahn. Hier spürt man die Stille und Kraft der Natur vor dem mächtigen Niesen und mit dem atemberaubenden Seeblick. Unzählige Ausflugsmöglichkeiten rund um den Thunersee machen den Aufenthalt zum einmaligen Erlebnis.

Le pavillon se trouve au coeur de la partie historique. Construit en tavillon et bénéficiant d'une vue exceptionnelle, c'est un lieu magique. On y accède par un jardin luxuriant et une vue imprenable sur le lac et l’île de Saint-Pierre. Conçu avec ingéniosité ( canapé-lit ) , le pavillon vous offre un grand confort dans un petit espace ( 12 mètres carré ). NO PARTIES - NO SMOKING Little Villa is my personal holiday home and I would like to share it with you. Situated 15 minutes from Interlaken and Spiez, the little village of Krattigen is situated like an Eagle Nest, overviewing the entire lake of Thun. It's no coincidence Krattigen has three different camping spots for caravans. The view is nice. And within Krattigen, Little Villa a prime location.

Our house is located in the centre of Kallnach, a well-kept village in the region of the Three Lakes. The bright and friendly flat for exclusive use is on the top floor. The flat has a large living room, two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and a small balcony. There are three restaurants and a small supermarket (7/7) in the village. The train station is 650m from the house.
